COPPERLINE

Rollin Red-Neck Jukebox!!!!!!

About Me

Formed in 2001, as an acoustic duo, Copperline has evolved into a high-energy, four piece country act. Based out of Jasper, AL, their small town roots steered the band toward a heavily influenced country sound. However, drawing from their various musical backgrounds, Copperline has the ability to cover all types of music. With an extensive songlist that covers new and old country standards as well as various classic and alternative rock songs, there is something for everyone at a Copperline show. As one fan said, I dont even like country music, but you guys rock... Copperlines popularity has grown steadily throughout the past year. With a list of dates ranging from fraternity parties and bars to wedding receptions and graduation parties, Copperline has proven their ability to entertain in any and all situations. John OMary (guitarist, vocals) and Raley Wiggins (vocals) founded the acoustic version of Copperline in the fall of 2001 when they met in college. By the start of 2004, the band had added bassist Brad Baker and drummer Cody Lockhart to form the full band version of Copperline. In 2005, Raley left Copperline and was replaced by Paul Anderson. Either together or separately, the members of Copperline have opened for many national acts including Hank Williams, Jr., Vern Gosdin, Jack Ingram,Pat Green, Steve Azar, Jeff Bates, Pat Green, Chris Knight, Confederate Railroad, Mila Mason, Tammy Cochran, Tonic, Brother Cane, The Kentucky Headhunters,Atlanta Rhythm Section and Cletus T. Judd. With a new CD in the works and dates being added to the calendar daily, 2008 looks to be the best year yet for Copperline. MyGen Profile Generator
