About Me

Before you even begin reeading what follows, please do NOT assume that I would not be interested in you, ok?"The more you discipline yourself to pursue learning, the easier and more automatic learning becomes" -Me, 2007
"Life is short, so forget the rage and turn the page!" -Me, 2007
I'm a highly perceptive knowledge-seeker who takes pride in giving my best to those I encounter (or actions affect) throughout life. Nearly every down-to-earth individual I encounter describes me as way "ahead of my years". This is reflected in my desire to date primarily older people (26 - 48). I enjoy sharing knowledge and experience, together with mutual proactive relationship development. I'd prefer someone who is a little on the introverted side and does not have to be the life of the party. Respect and share our need for each other's separate time alone when appropriate, and cherish our time together. Be open and perceptive to a wide spectrum of mindsets and interests instead of being afraid of them. I'm a financially independent individual and have held professional careers in the past. This does NOT however mean that you have to have done so. Interests include reading anything that I can learn from, pc hardware and networking, music (I like almost anything thats not rap or country), doing things outside (particularly walking, making fires, biking (if I had someone to ride with, and I mean pedal-bikes not motorcycles), intellectual conversation, goofing off and being silly, enjoying life, having drinks, cuddling and so much more. Sports nuts and TV addicts will not find me joining them in those hobbies very often. -I moved to LA from NC in summer of 2005, when my mother was recovering from breast cancer in Baton Rouge. My brother (17 months older than me) got married in July 2005 and lives with his wife in NC in a new house they recently bought. My sister (two years younger than me) lives in Baton Rouge.

First of all, Dominos is out. Not only is their pizza more blah than impressive, the menu price for a large 1-topping pizza is $12.99! Thats about $1-3 more than the more flavorful Papa Johns. Serious...

Stop complaining that I freak you out and go back to your Fisher Price(tm) world!

If you can't understand a male claiming that he can be perfectly content just cuddling without having to have sex, then you're like most other women who have had to deal with so many men who want just...
