Hailing from Cheltenham PA, The Paisley Haze Quintet is quickly taking over the world, one concert at a time. Committed students of jazz, the fivesome combines the theory and feel of straight-ahead jazz with their own original material and attitude to create a sound truly their own. Often at their concerts you will find a John Coltrane or Thelonious Monk song sandwiched between two original compositions. While some songs swing and others have got the funk, there's always a groove for the massive throngs of fans to dance to.
The Paisley Haze Quintet is Zach Billet on saxophone and percussion, Aaron Fraint on guitar, mandolin, and bass, Adam Shapiro on guitar and cowbell, Gabe Shapiro on bass and flute, and Sebastian Weiss on drums.
