Going to lots of gigs ,
making jewellery,
appreciating our beautiful world and being in touch with nature (please note I am not taking myself seriously), going on walks (I miss my dog) or scrambles, I'm not into rambles
having deep and philosphical conversations with like minded people,
being daft,
customising clothing,
visiting new places,
nutrition (my degree) and its effect on the behaviour and development of young people.
I am partial to playing the recorder in public places with my mate Becky. My party trick is playing the recorder through my nose. I can do two at once for simple tunes.
I need to take up some sort of regular excercise. I like boxcercise. I have invested in punching pads and sparring gloves. Darryl is rubbish at this as his insistance on moving the pads in fear of his glasses getting smashed ironically means he gets punched in the face.
About my top friends: Jacksons is Oldham's second best music venue, a bit dim and grimy with speciality beer and candles to play with. Jonny Brown Shoes is part of the fantastically talented Oldham band 'The Children' who I've had the pleasure of jumping around many a time, including New Years Eve 2005. They recently supported Paul Weller. Jonny's tunes are cheerily well worth a listen. Frank Turner is folky which is always good and quite witty. I randomly found him and was very pleased with my discovery.
Indie, rock and metal.
Also Irish folk, some soul and a tiny bit of dance and country, maybe a bit of Jazz,
and I've recently discovered D&B and dubb.

Pendulum I went to Download (Sun) (Oz fest), Leeds (Fri) and the Heinekin FIB Spanish festival 2005. Saw Oasis in Spain and on the Sunday at the Man City Stadium 2005 and saw The Arctic Monkeys on the last leg of their first small tour at the Ritz Manchester before they sold out.
I like:
A bit of Bob (Marley), The Beta Band, Rage Against The Machine, James, Morcheeba, Air, Primal Scream....
I've also seen and loved local Manchester gigs 'The Children', Jonny Brown,'Little Avis', 'The Jackpot', 'Bromheads Jacket' and that guy from dodgy who's rubbish but has a fabulous bassis, and Sunday night gigs at The Hifi Club in Leeds.
One of my all time favourites is the black comedy Very Bad Things - Plot Outline: A prostitute is killed during a bachelor party and the attendees turn on each other as the wedding approaches. Also, 'V' for vedetta.
Broke Back Moutain is so beautiful and tragic.
Pirates of the Caribbean-I want a boyfriend with a beard like Jack's so i can thread beads on it
I tend to like American school, army and prison films.
21 Jump Street! It magnificent. Staring the cool, hot Jonny Depp when he was younger. LOST!!!!!!!! (I'm keeping up with the Americans)
I love Sharpe- Sean Bean is SO fit in those tight trousers. His accent's so sexy and I love it when they sing that Irish tune at the end.
Father Ted "would you like a scone father, they've got cocaine in them. Ahh no, its raisens",
CSI (slightly addicted), The Mighty Boosh, I'm Alan Partridge series 1, Shameless, Peep Show, general documentaries, Dog Borstal(BBC3) ...... I hate soaps!!
