About Me

DJ since 1991. Engineering/Producing since 1995. Releases through Peace Feast, Tummy Touch, Breakdown, Bocajito. Engineered/Co-Produced five of Matthew Jay's demos for EMI/Parlophone which became the basis for his first two EPs on EMI. Released 'Susie May' on Touch Tones which was used by both Hewlett Packard and Rooms To Go in the USA. Started the Floorman project in 2006. Currently writing new material and re-edits, and writing the Floorman Presents Blog (see link below).

The album ‘Floorman presents Stack – A Hot Disco Aubergine’ was released on July 2nd 2007. Featuring the awesome vocal talents of Secret Stealth's Holly Backler as well as Crazy P's keyboard maestro Jim Baron, it garnered the following praise from reviewers.

“... a set of hugely soulful cuts that rival the best of what is coming out of the indie soul studios stateside. ‘Over And Over’ is possibly one of the best modern soul grooves to come out of the UK in recent years” - Bill Buckley, Blues & Soul, Issue 996

“A Nottingham supergroup with a superbad sound. Raw, raunchy and ravishing” - iDJ, June 2007

“a toe tingling summer treat” - Kris Needs, DMC Update, Issue 224
