What can I say, Born in New York, schooled in India (Mt. Abu), lived in New York(studied politics) and now live in Germany(I miss New York)People who know me will say that I am fun and caring and am a shopaholic. I love my shoes, living in Germany I miss the sales most.Well only one thing, life is a bitch and can bite you in the ass when you least expect it, so live it while you can.

My Interests

Reading andything and everything, music, movies, recently also developed an interest in Soccor (football), The United Nations, learning new languages, decorating my apartment and last but not least painting.

I'd like to meet:

Friends I have lost touch with, I still remember them and wished I has kept in touch. People who are great within themselves. Also someone from every corner of the earth, since I plan to travel the world before I die.

Music:

Can't live without music, and can't name all my favorite, so here are some- Green Day, Eminem, Franz Ferdinand and the classics- Metallica, Who, U2, Guns and Roses, etc And some pieces that inspire me.

Movies:

The Man Who Wasn't There....great movie, Star Wars (my boyfriend converted me, what can I say) The Ring, The GodFather, Any romantic, comedy too. Oh! I love Indian movies, they are so colorful and dramatic, and always end with an happy ending.

Television:

I am a sucker for comedy, so gotto say, South Park, King of Queens, Everybody loves Raymond, also love romantic feel good comedy shows like Gilmore girls and who can ignore the reality shows- LOVE the DRAMA, so America's next top model and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Books:

Read almost about anything-from the Economist to Cereal boxs, What can I say 'I love to Read'...the last book I read was The Davinchi Code (couldn't see the movie without reading the book)

Heroes:

The quote below says it all, anyone who has the courage to take charge of their own life is my hero. ............................."Captain of our Souls" Today we may say aloud before an awe-struck world: "We are still masters of our fate. We are still captain of our souls." Prime Minister Churchill's Speech on the War Situation, House of Commons, September 9, 1941
