About Me

Hey Everyone,
I haven’t updated this profile since I opened my account so I thought that it was about time I write something new. Well where to start, this last year has been a pretty crazy one. Lots of awesome things have been happening. I am on exchange for the second time, yet again living in Japan. I was first here between 2003 and 2004 as a high school rotary exchange student. I loved it so much that I couldn’t wait to come back, so I studied my ass off, scored myself a government scholarship and am back here doing yet again as university exchange student. I have my own place, which is awesome coz I love the freedom! But now that’s its coming into winter its freezing, this has something to do with the Japanese obsession of building houses that have walls less than 2 inches thick (the electricity bill is going to cost a fortune this year)
I am a very random person and this is reflected through the people that I hang out with, and the numerous and varied interests that I have. I like to think that I would give anyone the time of day, and I do my best to be a good person. I enjoy studying….. I am a nerd at heart. I am usually full of random information and I tend to remember things that I’m interested in very quickly. Lately I have been researching nutrition and its links to beauty, anti aging, vitality and overall health. I find the human body fascinating, and am amazed at what it can do given the right conditions to thrive. I think that I am open minded, I try my best not to judge anyone or anything without getting to know or learn about it/them, before deciding how I feel (without the influence of others opinions). This can be hard sometimes, but I do my best not to follow the crowd. I find secular religion to be inhibiting and controlling. However, I believe in human potential and spirituality. I think that we can be anything we chose to be, and that we are the creators of our destiny. The human mind is a very powerful thing and when used correctly can achieve anything.
I am getting into raw food nutrition at the moment. A lot of the reading and experimentation that I have done all seem to be pointing down this road. Most people that know me will know that I was a former fatty. I have tried all of the mainstream diets out there, and none have made me feel as amazing as I do on raw food. I think I may have found something here. Read my blog on raw food to learn more about it. Starting January 1st I will be doing an Arise and Shine whole body detox. Will have updates in my profile to keep those of you who are intersted posted.
I am still unsure about what I want for myself in the future. I know that happiness, security, abundance and health are all important so I figured I should start there (Not asking for too much lol). Most of the time I love being around people, people that I'm closest to (you know who you are) mean the world to me. I am in Japan now perfecting my Japanese. I have to thank my mum for making me studying Japanese in year 8, because if it hadn’t been for her, I wouldn’t have had half of the opportunities that I’ve had up to now. Friends from all over the world, 4 amazing host families, a second language, Madonna concerts, Gucci opening parties and an appreciation of another culture. My family has made me who I am today (particularly mum) so I am appreciative of everything they have done for me.
Well this just about sums up everything that I have to say for time being ? its all quite serious ha-ha, but yeah I’m in that sort of mood. If anything that I have written here has struck a chord, send me a message and say hi some time ok.

You Are a Natural Beauty!
You're the kind of beauty that every guy dreams about...
One that looks good in the morning - without a stich of makeup
That's doesn't mean you're a total hippie chic though
You have style, but for you, style is effortless What Type of Beauty Are You?

My Interests

Sport - Gymnastics, Trampolineing (yes it is a sport) going to the Gym for Aerobics my friend Natasha used to be an aerobics instructor and I used to love doing her HiLo class. Body balance and Yoga are also good. I want to try doing ashtanga/power yoga, but havent had the chance as of yet. I think pole dancing would be fun also, yet again still havent had the chance. I did hip dancing at uni for a little bit and really enjoyed it. But never got very good at it, If i get the chance in Tokyo I will definately take it up again. I generally prefer non ball non team sports that enable some form of expression, or require use of the mind.

Movies - love going to the movies and seeing the latest blockbuster on the bigscreen

Food - from anywhere, anything, if its edible, i will try it lol, i am one of those ppl that live to eat

Study - I am one of those nerdy ppl that has lots of random facts and useless bits of info, i love to learn and use my brain

Clubbing - I love dacing and partying, and im trying to cut back on the binge drinking, but i love that too lol, out of control nights always make memories of some sort, usually good ones that i can look back on laugh (raf knows about some of those hehe)

I'd like to meet:

I would love to meet anyone that is cool, fun and easygoing. If your Living in Japan that would be awesome, would be great to meet more people around my area. If you can help me with finding work and contacts in modeling or acting that would be awesome too. I like genuine, honest people. I tend to get scared off with people that are too intense. However, educated, open-minded, interesting people can message me anytime, I’m always up for a chat. Oh I have to say though, that I HATE MSN and IM programs as a result I have removed them from computer and no longer make use of them. I just wanted to warn you in advance. I’d rather chat on the phone, skype, or email through Myspace. I check my account most days, so you shouldn’t find it hard to reach me.

Music:

I like most styles of music. Rap, and Metal tend to shit me though. I like something that is fun to dance to, and something that makes me happy and energetic. I love Britney! she is my favorite

Rnb, Pop, Top40 are what I usually listen to. I like trance etc when I’m having a big night out, but most of the time I'll make do with whatever is on the radio.

I am loving pinks new stuff at the moment. The PCD make me wanna get dirty too haha (I love buttons! Such a hot track).

I am also a massive Britney fan, now she has had her kids, dumped dumped the looser and is getting back in shape it wont be long till she makes the killer of all comebacks! I’m very excited (and just remember you heard it here first).

Books:

The Sunfood Diet success system - Written By David Wolfe, this is an approach to life, a lifestyle in which we can all live up to our fill potential, while making the world a better and more sustainable place for all. The information on nutrition and ways of thinking is amazing. This book will change your life I Highly reccommend it. I am now reading David Wolfe's "Eating For Beauty" it's so far proving to be yet another informative read.
Way of the Peaceful Warrior - Dan Millman wrote this book. It was the first book he published and the only one that I have read so far. My best friend Jayne lent it to me, and It made me reassess how I look at the world. Human relationships and potential are seen in a whole new light after reading this book.
Victoria Boutenko - Green for life - talks about how smoothies and the intake of green vegetables can dramatically change our health. Excellent Book
Memoirs of a geisha
Harry potter - J.K Rowling, I have read the series multiple times. This series was my escape from monotinous highschool life. If I ever Meet Ms Rowling I will be sure to thank her :)
Sword of Truth Series - Terry Goodkind Possibly the adult version of Harry Potter. It has everything!....Seriously It is the most amazing fantasy series I have ever read. Terry goodkind has the most vivid imagination. I was able visualise the whole story as I read, I found the books completely captivating. I have just finished Phantom, Book number 10 in the series. I managed to finish it in two days (I seriously didn't put it down).

Heroes:

Mum, Jayne, David Wolfe, Al Gore, David Icke, Nikola Tesla, Victoria Boutenko, Gabriel Cousins, Mike Adams
