No Kill I: Deep Space Nine

About Me

Star Trek Punk Rock!!! Trek-core!!! The second spin-off of the original Star Trek punk band, "No Kill I". We played with them, along with "No Kill I: the Next Generation" and the Klingon metal band "Stovokor", at a show in Sacramento that was filmed for the movie "Trekkies 2", which was a sequal to the documentary about fans of the show "Star Trek". No Kill I: Deep Space Nine is made up of members of the Vallejo-based band, "the V-Town Have-Nots". In fact, two of No Kill I:DS9's songs were actually written as V-Town Have-Nots songs and can be found on that band's "Self-Untitled" album. We are currently working on recording songs for an eventual No Kill I:DS9 CD. It's slow-going(about one quarter impulse power), but we'll get there eventually. Hopefully. We hope to get to play shows with the other No Kill I bands and Stovokor again someday. Until then, live long and prosper, yo!

Boy. That Morn CANT Sing...

This video totally proves our song WRONG. It was made by the guy who "played" Morn on DS9. Somehow I just thought that Morn would have some kind of beautiful singing voice. Seems like it'd be funnier/...

Looking for our original

You'll find it on the profile of the V-Town Have-Nots, NKI:DS9's not-so-secret identities. The VTHN profile can be found in our "Top Friends". Isn't that special. We are our own "friends"...

The Original Trek-core punk?

If the date given for this song, 1979, is correct, it may very well be the first instance of Star Trek punk rock...

Very rough draft of "I am Tosk" uploaded

It's a song about Tosk, from the first season DS9 episode "Captive Pursuit". It's an extremely rough draft of the song. With a crappy drum machine and a missing intro and a missing guitar solo. Enjoy!...

NKI:DS9 recording proceeding at 1/8 impulse power...

Or, maybe even maneuvering thruster speed. I gotta get on the ball. I must walk the path of the prophets and fulfill my destiny to complete NKI:DS9's CD by this summer, at least. Heck, I'd even follow...
