By the age of 9 she starred in a school play commanding the stage with her charisma and gift to perform Showing definite signs of stardom.. she was too young to make any real advances on her own.Growing up in the household of an alcoholic father and a mother who worked nights ultimately became one of the many reasons behind Rachel's realistic state of mind & "rise above it" attitude.
After graduating from high school, Rachel's plans of attending art school fell short to the opportunity to move to San Francisco, CA to live with her aunt. Her aunt was not only a mentor but a friend. However, during this time Rachel experienced the lowest point in her life. With her aunt terminally ill, Rachel sought escape into a world of partying and drug abuse. Undeniably alone, Rachel was left with no other choice but to move back to Connecticut, with the one benefit of realizing what truly made her happy...Music.Rachel allowed her past to make her that much stronger for her future, re-connecting with her true love and passion...MUSIC. Regaining strength, drive and the ability to focus on a promising career, Rachel now resides in Brooklyn, NY recording every chance she gets... writing any free moment she gets and following her heart and mind.
