I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm a passionate and outgoing person with many interests and ambitions. I hold my close friends in high regard. I tend to be easy going, until necessity arises, then I take command. I just want to enjoy life, seek new adventures, and share it with those close to me...............Check out my band "Sooner Than Later" .. at myspace.com/stlmusicrocks I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

My Interests

My interests include playing guitar (electric & acoustic)and trombone, singing, rappelling and rock climbing, other high adventure activities when the opportunity arises, going to local shows, tattoo's/piercings, spending time with friends, cooking, watching movies, working out, lounging around, historical encampments, road trips, and other adventures of a misspent youth.

I'd like to meet:

Interesting people, I really enjoy random conversations.

Music:

With music, I like about everything EXCEPT popular country and boy/girl pop groups, they make me bleed from the ears. My main favorites are rock, blues, swing/rockabilly, punk, and singer/songwriter stuff. Here is a bunch of bands I like: Deftones, Led Zeppelin, Tool, Rob Zombie, Rage Against the Machine/Audio Slave, the Urge, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish, Brian Setzer Orchestra, old Metallica, Dropkick Murphys, Offspring, Counting Crows, Mos Def, Executioners, Parlament Funkadelic, Nonpoint, Silverchair, Fort Minor,Sublime,Clutch, POD, Chevelle, 10 years, Seether, 13 Days, My Weapon of Choice, Primus, Sevendust, Greatful Dead, Muddy Waters, BB King, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Tom Petty, Smashing Pumpkins, Zebrahead, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Coal Chamber, Static X, Collective Soul, Perfect Circle, Candle Box, STP, Taproot, Stained, old U2, Drowning Pool, Shatter Mask, Dozemary Pool, the Blind Shepherds, Jimi Hendrix, etc.(no particular order, just whatever mood I'm in)

Movies:

In movies I look for a plot, or the lack of. Action, comedy, drama, horror, it just depends on if it is interesting. But sometimes I do watch movies just to see how horribly "B" rated they are and see if I can be the last one in the room still watching it. I just don't like seeing the same movie over and over and over. THAT is boring. Some of my favorites are: Donnie Darko, Boondock Saints, PCU, Empire Records, all of the Kevin Smith movies, Office Space, History of the World Part 1, most anything Monty Python, Eurotrip, Pulp Fiction, Leon the professional, and Desperado. Anyone seen the feel good movie of the century "gummo"?

Television:

Robot Chicken, Aqua teen hunger force, South Park, Scrubs, Boondocks, Family Guy, Invader Zim, Morel Orel, Squidbillies, some of the CSI stuff, Myth Busters, and sometimes the History or Discovery channel when nothing else is on.

Books:

All Quiet on the Western Front, most anything Poe, Samuel L. Clemens (short stories), The Brothers Grimm, mysteries, and historical works.

Heroes:

My Great Grandfathers.
