About Me

Free Myspace Graphics I am 23 years old. I am a student at Saint Louis University. I will be graduating in May of '07 with a degree in Marketing and International Business. I hope to find a job either in public relations or promotions for a local marketing agency or magazine. I am currently employed part time at a National City Bank. I come from a pretty small family. My father's grandparents came to the U.S. from Sicily and my mother was born in Austria, so much of my extended family on either side is over seas. I have one older sister, who is married, and has a little boy. My family, friends and faith are cornerstones in my life. I love experiencing new things and I'm always up for a challenge. I have many goals in life other than pursuing my career. For starters, I plan to travel to as many places as possible. In addition, my other goals include sky diving, scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, going down in a shark cage and learning how to ski and snow board. I try to surround my self with people who are fun, driven, humorous, compassionate and share the same passion for life that I do.

My Interests

One of my strongest passions is traveling. So far, I have been to Hawaii, St. Thomas, St. John, St. Marteen, the Bahamas, Florida, Texas, and Chicago. I spend the majority of my free time hanging out with my friends and family. I enjoy reading, shopping and volunteering. I am currently a volunteer for the United Way.

I'd like to meet:

Well, I am on myspace to meet new people for friends, dating or networking. As far as friends are concerned, I try to surround myself with people who are optimistic, driven, real and share the same passion for life that I do. As far as dating is concerned, I am not looking for someone to just casually date. I am certainly not ready to get married and settle down with a family any time soon but I am looking to meet an attractive guy who: 1) has his act together, 2) knows how to have fun but still balance his priorities, 3) knows what he wants and 4)is not afraid to fall for a girl and be in a committed relationship.

Music:

I have extremely versatile taste in music. My CD collection includes everything from 50 Cent, to "The Nutcracker, to Slipknot. Some of my favorite artists include Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, Journey, Johnny Cash, Pink Floyd, Tool, Christina Aguleira, Ciara, Slipknot and Breaking Benjamin.

Movies:

My favorite genres tend to be sci-fi and thriller. My favorite actors are Edward Norton, Ewan McGregor, Nicholas Cage, Hugh Laurie,Reese Witherspoon and the actresses from Sex and the City.

Television:

My favorite television shows are Entourage, Sex and the City, Friends, House and Everybody Loves Raymond.

Books:

I am a hopeless romantic, so I tend to read a lot of romance novels. My favorite authors Nora Roberts and Judith McNaught. Some of my favorite books that are not romance novels are "To Kill a Mockingbird", "The Hiding Place", "1984", "The DaVinci Code", "Angels and Demons" and "Sex and the City".

Heroes:

My biggest hero is my mother. I know it is cliche, but I don't of anyone else who has endured as much as she had during her lifetime and not just given up all hope. It is because of her that I the person I am today and I will forever be thankful to her.
