Being a geek, MUSIC, ART of all forms, PHOTOGRAPHY, music production, food, restaurants & dirty dives, dancing to everything you can shake your booty to, video games, travel (2 hour road trips to international jet-setting [I wish], backpacking), conversation, activities, picking on confident people, learning, graphic design, animation, politically incorrect humor, pretending that I'm a l337 chix0r, politics and the world order, conspiracy theory that contains truth, the simple things and some of the finer ones, too... My modded XBOX, my better half.
I'd like to meet:
Someone that could add some adventure to my life... I'm severely lacking that right now. Preferably a chick that would inspire me to dust off my gogo boots. I also like ninja-pirate-hackers, artists that aren't too egotistical, and those who think outside of themselves. Oh, and of course party people that git' down on the dance floor.
Music:
Too many bands to list... House, chill/lounge, trip-hop, downtempo, electro clash, electronic, punk, nuwave, 80's, uncheesy pop, hip-hop, soul, all kinds of rock, neo-classical, world music, almost everything really...
Some all time faves: Portishead, Royksopp, Massive Attack, EBTG, Vaughan Williams, Ladytron, Sade, Astrud Gilberto, Thievery Corp, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Zero7, Arvo Part
My current obsession: the Swedish indie-pop revival
Movies:
Hotaru no haka, Pulp Fiction, Fightclub, Amores Perros, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare before Xmas, Amelie, animated films, depressing foreign flicks, um... lots of other ones too...
Television:
The Daily Show, Chapelle's show, South Park, BBC news when I catch it, Adult Swim on occasion, stand up comedy, the History channel sometimes, Lost, TV is evil...
Books:
I read the Internet.
I used to read a lot of old fiction: Victorian, Elizabethan, Ming dynasty, whatever. I liked those books becuase they remind us that humanity hasn't changed much in the past 4000 years.
I don't have much time to read books anymore.
Catcher in the Rye (yeah, yeah, cliche), Being and Nothingness (Satre), Photography books, Graphic novels & Comic Books, Books that Isa & friends lend me ;) I haven't read anything really striking or profound lately, maybe you can recommend something?
Heroes:
People who crush the box, The love of my life, Jon.
