Standing in the middle of the road is dangerous. You get knocked down by traffic from both sides.

I'm Nate, 28 years old from Melbourne Australia.
My first passion is music and it was during 5 ½ years in the US that this passion really took off. It was during this time in the US that I started to DJ before relocating back to Brisbane in 2000. In 6 years in Brisbane I played and promoted at parties across town at venues such as Family, The Empire Moon Bar and Middle Bar, Monastery, GPO, The Shamrock, Moskva Bar, D-Bar, The Emerald Room, Saints Tavern and more. During this time I have played along side Omid 16b, Funk D'Void, Lemon8, Phil K, Habersham, Tyler Stadius, Chester Beatty, Danny McMillan, Steve Gerrard, Phil Smart and many more.
I've relocated to Melbourne in mid 2006 and loving the diversity of sounds and venues that this city has to offer after such a small town as Brisbane. My sound over the years has been pretty diverse ranging from west coast house, tech house, breaks, electro, minimal, techno, and more. At the end of the day I call what I play tech house but its a term I use pretty loosely. Since relocating I have started a night with Dr Disconyx called Fromage Disco at Loop every month featuring some of Melbourne’s best and brightest such as Dave Pham, Jamie Stevens (Infusion) and more. I have also made guest appearances at underground staples Nano and More Bass, as well as slots at Carlton Club alongside Phil Smart and Troika.
I've also just started dabbling seriously in production (after years of stuffing around and making nothing worthwhile) and thoroughly enjoying the new found creativity I have discovered thanks to the collaborative environment going on in my new house. It's amazing how having a few like minded people around can stimulate your creative brain.
I'm also a sports fan, love watching the cricket and the rugby. Yeah, I know its a blokey thing but who cares, crack a coldie and turn the tv on!
