I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships and Friends

About Me

My Romantic Self:
I have a real romantic side.
I am sincere about my feelings.
I am really REALLY prone to spoil a girl.
I have a cat who's very intelligent and sweet.
I'm very loyal, and would never betray love.
Lastly I live in a place with a beautiful view.

More about me in general:
I don't do drugs, drink, or smoke.
I have a moderate passive income.
I possess a sound rational mind.
I can make people laugh, often.
I am rather talkative at times.
I tend to be shy sometimes.
I am not religious at all.
I love to learn.
I'm handsome.

My Interests

I tend to study things at random for no apparent reason, and I view many videogames as an interactive art form (not all art is good art mind you!).

I'd like to meet:

Someone with a working brain between their ears. Someone who doesn't play games with other people's feelings or utterly disregard them.

Music:

All kinds of music, mostly rock, lyrics matter (a lot). I have high art appreciation, so I end up liking all kinds of different music.

Movies:

My art appreciation is high, so I like a lot of movies. I'm fond of classic Adam Sandler (Little Nicky, Happy Gilmore, hehe) before he started doing drama, the original Matrix, The Crow, The Messengers, and several classics... Really I'm easy to please as far as movies go, so long as they aren't too contrived.

Television:

The Discovery Network, Dr Who, Stargate Atlantis, Comedy Central.

Books:

Hyperion Cantos was a very interesting and strange book that painted a very vivid picture of a very alien world. I like brainy books in general, really good fiction or sciency stuff typically.

Heroes:

Samuel Clemens, Socratise, Hypatia, and Confucius.

Oh and my Mom.

Settled in the Country

Living within 5 miles of my mom is nice, I can see her more than once a week now. I've started talking to my dad again, it's been a long time, but I've come to realize over the past few years that he ...

"Movin' to the country"

There's been a lot of drama going on with my neighbors, so much that it's impossible not to get caught up in it. I've had to deal with the police a few times because of the constant parties that go on...

A thought on compromise

An overdue philosophical thought, but one that summarizes how I feel.   Some see any form of compromise as a loss, and even a death of self. But compromise is truly a gain, it isn't the...
