I am a rather colorful character who for the last 50 years has frequented Peoria's streets. I have a penchant for wild, hand sewn costumes and face paint and is alleged to subsist on roadkill. My habitation of choice is a make shift wigwam. Winter months,I prefers the warmth of the city jail. I survive partly through using the legal system to my advantage. During the harsh winter months, I intentionally creates public disturbances to spend a warm night in county lockup. Other times, I calls the police myself on a pay phone, requesting detox. Occasionally, I commits crimes designed to draw a longer sentence in state and federal prisons. Intentional or not, mys offenses range from striking police officers to attempted bank robbery to throwing an unlit Molotov cocktail at the federal courthouse.
