Let's start with age: 26. Now we'll go to location: Kalamazoo, Michigan. And the reason for choosing said location: grad school (Western Michigan), getting my MFA in creative writing (poetry). Do I dig sports? yes! Do I dig Iowa State? No, they suck. I am a Hawkeye. Reason I am a Hawkeye: I grew up in Iowa City, IA and graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in English and Communications, and a Religious Studies minor. What do I do with my spare time: Young Life. Do I like reading: yes, very much. Is my favorite band U2: that is an understatement. Have I suffered for many summers and falls now: Yes, I am a Cubs fan. Caffine: Yes please, in the form of coffee and Diet Coke. Am I getting sick of asking myself questions: yes. Iowa Hawkeyes, creative writing (poetry), Iowa City, Young Life, screwing up fool-proof plans, Chicago Cubs, Castaway, 2004 Toyota Camrys, the Chicago Marathon, ESPN (though I don't have cable), not spelling, books aplenty, Seagull guitars, caffeine (includes diet coke and coffees of all kinds), Saucony Jazz, other shoes, downhill skiing, the Coors Brewery tour, Jesus, not video games, Xanga.com/mattbrowning, the back button on my browser, swedish fish (only the red ones), and girls who: snowboard, drink coffee, like beer more than wine, read more than they watch TV, watch ESPN, will talk about the movie with you while you are watching it, like baseball for its subtleties, will dance with you, love Seinfeld and know when I am quoting it, have a baseball mitt and will play catch with you, are not already planning their wedding, like Jesus and want to know him, appreciate Jay-Z but are not ghetto, look good in a baseball hat, and are at least moderately athletic.

toy poodles and Bono... and I guess if you didn't realize the toy poodle thing was a joke then I'm not sure I am all that interested in meeting you.
