The small European nation of Boltveria faced a dilemma. The von Chaos’ (wizarding family) that ruled Boltveria were unable to produce an heir. One night an infant was placed on the steps of the Royal Palace. The von Chaos’ decided to raise the muggle as their heir. They named him Vincent. Boltveria was a very mysterious place to foreign visitors. All muggles that lived in Boltveria never left. They all knew of the Magic World. However, Boltveria showed a very different face to the world at large. The large cities were inhabited exclusively by muggles. Many small villages of magic users sprang up in the forests of Boltveria. The forests of Boltveria were restricted to foreigners. The excuse used was an overpopulation of wolves in the forests.Young Vincent was raised in the magic world, however because of being a muggle he was constantly picked on by the other wizarding children. In fact at the age of ten he attempted to defend himself, and a flame spell was cast on him which left him totally disfigured. From then on Vincent hid his face and body behind a suit of magic armor. Vincent turned his back on the world of magic for a while. The von Chaos’ brought the best tutor’s to Boltveria in order to continue Vincent’s education. Vincent became very adept at mathematics and science. It was through science that Vincent was able to attain his magical abilities.After much research Vincent discovered that by transfusing some of his father’s blood with his own, he too could become a wizard. The transfusion was a success. Vincent continued his studies in both science and magic. He achieved doctorates in all major branches of science, and was able to use his scientific knowledge to further enhance his magical capabilities. Dr. Chaos met his most ardent adversary, Lucious Malfoy, while at a magic conference. He was serving as the Ambassador to the Magic Ministry from Boltveria. At the conference Malfoy made some very disrespectful remarks in regards to Chaos’ ancestry. It was widely known in the world of magic that Vincent was born a muggle. Shortly, thereafter Vincent’s parents died under mysterious circumstances and he ascended to the throne. An outcast in both circles Dr. Chaos hates muggles and magic users alike.Dr. Chaos is also recognized in the muggle world as a sovereign by the United Nations. He has aspirations to rule both worlds. He has become feared and hated in the wizarding world for two reasons. Firstly, most speculate that his magical aptitude surpasses that of even the greatly feared Lord Voldemort. Secondly, Boltveria has started to export their own brand of Every Flavor Beans and other magic candies to the muggle world. Dr. Chaos wishes for nothing but the merger of the muggle and wizarding worlds into one nation of Chaos presided over by him.Hearing of the exploits of one Harry Potter, Dr. Chaos has decided to pay a visit to Hogwart’s in order to meet the “boy wonder†of the wizarding world.
