I love St. Louis Rams football (well that's been hard lately in the Linehan era.. bring back Mike Martz!!!), Illini sports (save the Chief), the Redbirds, the Blues, kareoke, fighter jets and World War II aircraft. I'm a history buff.. I love WWII and love talking to vets. One of the most rewarding things I ever did was play a small role in helping the group that built the Illinois World War II Veteran's Memorial... what a great bunch of guys. I love to travel, but never seem to have enough cash to do a whole lot of it....

Longtime Cardinal broadcaster JACK BUCK... He's the primary reason I got into the radio business... nothing but class... even when he battled more health issues than Job... he still sounded amazing to me... I will never forget the courage and conviction he showed at the first game after 9/11... Plus he was a WWII vet to boot... This guy did a bunch of charity work in and out of the public eye... and used his fame for good...
