For those who know me, I'm still interested in scuba diving but I haven't done it in a long time due to an ear problem. I'm a HUGE reader. I'm always reading a book. Ask anyone who is around me. I read all types of books so if you know any good ones, let me know. I'm also into movies. I love a good movie, any genre.
I'm not really good at meeting new people so this is mostly my connection to old friends and family that I don't get to see.
I like my music but I'm sad to say, I'm not nearly as diverse as some. I try to be, but I always find something new to like as well as old music that I'm introduced to. If you want me to name a few, I can't. There's too many to chose from. So don't ask!
I love movies! My recent favorite is Pride and Prejudice. I can't help it. It's a beautiful story. Some of my other favorites are Old School, Chocolat, V for Vendetta, Howl's Moving Castle, Sin City, Harry Potter....can't think of anymore but I know there's a lot.
I don't watch very much TV. I really like Grey's Anatomy and Coupling but other than that, I don't watch much.
I'll just list some. Harry Potter (all so far), Lord of the Rings, anything by Carl Hiassen, Alice in Wonderland, Clan of the Cave Bear ( and all subsequent novels), The Smoke Jumper, The Loop, The Divide, Catcher in the Rye, a lot of Dean Koontz, Ender's Game, Ender's Shadow, Dr Strange and Mr Norrel (very good), Earth Abides, Of Mice and Men, East of Eden, The Black Pearl, House of Sand and Fog, Pride and Prejudice...you get the idea. I read too much. So if you ever have a recommendation, I'm definitely interested in hearing them.
All of those who have pioneered in any field or dared to think outside the box. I believe at one time or another that has been all of us. Sorry if that sounds corny!!!
