what can i say, lets see here. people who know me, know me well, and people who know me real well have a few good stories to tell.
I was born and raised in Fort Edward, NY. after barely graduating high school in 1993, I joined the Navy in November of that same year, as an Aviation Warfare Systems (Acoustics) Operator & Airial CounterIntellegence Photographer. I have been to just about every country on gods green earth. From Iceland, to Columbia, to Bosnia, to Uganda & countless places in between. I was honorably discharged in 1998, from (The War Eagles) Patrol Squadron 16, NAS Jacksonville Fla. at the rank of E5/AW2 Petty Officer Second Class. I moved back to NY and took a job working with my Father and Brother at the local paper mill. unhappy with living in NY, I met a girl, fell in love and followed her to Florida, so she could be closer to her mother (bad move) got engaged (another bad move) she left me for someone else, so i moved back to NY. After living (once again miserably) in New York for a couple years, my sister invited me to come to NC in July 2000. so I've been here ever since. I currently work in Statesville, NC at an auto dealer service department as a transmission & diesel engine technician.
Throughout my life, one of my biggest passsions has always been music. I started playing drums when i was 14, and picked up the guitar at about 20. but from as far back as i can remember music has always moved me, and since the 1981 debut of the music video, i knew what i wanted to be. (the crazy son of a bitch on stage, getting paid for something that he considers not work) but my journey has not been easy, and i have definately found out that it's not what you know, it's who you know. some of the best musicians in the world never make it big, and all the while i sit on my couch and watch these punks make millions strumming 3 chords. (but i'm not bitter)i'm actually very happy with my long journey, because of all the memories (some of them blurrier than others) i share with some of the greatest friends a guy could ever ask for. and a long list of former bands C.L.I.K.
