Influences: (In no special order):My Parents,Black Sabbath, Led Zep,Charlie Parker,Pink Floyd, the Misfits , silent films, Ray Charles, the Sex Pistols, early blues, Frank Zappa,Steve Martin,Jesus, the Ramones,the Doors,James Brown and System of a Down, Motor Head,Willie Nelson,the Beatles, Slayer ,Queen,Louis Armstrong, the Grateful Dead,Bob Dylan ,Oscar Brand, early animation, Bob Marley, works of art ,early Egyptian culture,Richie Havens,Sublime,of course the Severed Head of Liberace and children . It seems I have been under the influence my whole life, strange to say but true now go "and when ya pee think of me",says the Yellow Yodeler!!
Sounds Like: P-Spot sounds just like himself..but has learned to communicate (musically)through most of the ill mutant earth beings who came before him, he has been compared this this last year to everybody from Wavy Gravy to G.G. Allen....And now it's time to party down! And a great place for a poem and a fact or two...... A thousand blessings to you long life and happiness, I spread a carpet of dreams before you. I'm keeping a golden promise. Long ago there lived a king who didn't do much but play and sing, off little bird off to wing some-one please touch his thing, see what light this life may bring. So again be lost in now a sea of yellow, from the desert the" P.P.King " is dry and says hello!! Did you know that P-Spot is the only performer since Elvis that photographers were forced to shoot from the waist up!!! It's True!! P-spots acoustic guitar is named Latrina. P-Spot was born in Cornwall N.Y.and grew up in Highland Falls N.Y. In the 4th grade his family moved to Newburgh N.Y. where he started singing for bands and finished his school years,and sang for "Wasted Angel" who played the southern part of New York playing with and opening for bands like "Skid Row"(his friends Robbie's band ).and on the same stages as his all time favorites like "Slayer"and "Danzig"..He's sang in all the following bands,Saint Chaos,M.T.Web,Groovy Seeds,One Manz Junk,Legion and Wasted Angel to name a handfull.His favorite bands and performers are currently Alice Cooper, Ozzy,Motley Crouton,Skull,Setiva, the Yankee Rebel,Gym Class Hereos, the Absolution Project,BML and the list keeps on growin'....He just wants to catch a buzz ,tear it down and eat some some good food when he can.
