I was a military brat going from state to state. There's no clue how many people I've met and schools I've been to. I graduated in Ohio then went to the University of Central Arkansas on scholarship. My extended family lives here. I always swore I'd never move to Arkansas, but now I love it! I accepted Christ my freshman year of college and began an amazing journey to the woman I am today. Everything is so beautiful and tragic when you realize what Christ has done for you and you begin to experience the tradition of religion in the south. It's hard to maintain any sort of objectivity or liberalism. My dear husband and I are trying though.
It's about time I updated this, because my husband and I have now been married for 3 1/2 years and we still have no kiddos. Jason is graduating in a few weeks and then he'll begin that long horrible process of studying for the BAR. I am in my second semester of graduate school, which is almost over thank goodness. I have not enjoyed this semester much at all. I am working at Youth Home, which is a great place for teens with all sorts of troubles to come and get the help they need to go out in the world and be contributing members of society and their families.
So, now I am just waiting for the next big thing and trying to keep my head above water.
