I am here for Friends

About Me

I am a dangerous and yet extraordinary mix of scientist and poet, and as such, like most Gemini, I easily become lost in dream and occasional insanity. Luckily family and friends keep me grounded. I laugh when i don't need to, and make noises when there is silence. Ironically, I talk to myself so I don't go crazy.
I smirk to create mystery when really I'm thinking about mint ice cream dripping down a savagely steep bronzed kissed neckline. Kryptonite females.
I am scion to a subway system voted best in the country. As such I physically stay underground, which may go on to effect a mental notion of establishing myself under the radar.
I take my steps two at a time, laughing inwardly as my ascent reminds escalator bums of their slothlike zombie patience, and then feel incredibly subtle disbelief when I crash into the irony that we're all no different - going no where fast, "rushing through the world without a chance to see it." (Kerouac) Despite this, the world is always beautiful on the way up.
I think Ginsberg's "Howl" is a seminal poem and that Stephen King's "Dark Tower" is the ultimate quest story. Shakespearean sonnets, poetry/spoken word, journalistic and narrative writing, and cultural criticism are all fair game on my pad. I like to document life however I can.
I am incessant on searching for new independent music. neo-soul, electrojazz, broken beat, left-field hip hop, funky house, trip hop, cosmic slop, grime, electrodance, loungy lilting, melancholy psychedelic, crunktacular -- quality music -- and many other adjectives used to distinguish music in the categorical fashion of our scientific minds. I make great compilations.
I am a man inside a machine who uses machines to play music that makes me move.. like a machine. And yet i am still a man, purveyor of illusion, practitioner of Funkstyles, Popping, House, Hip Hop dance and their glorious inbred mixings. Though, a man who thinks like a machine. Hence the women as kryptonite.
I think people are inherently good and rational, but succumb to institutional forces abstracted beyond instinctive perception. It's hard to save money, but we need to think of the future. Live within your means! We're "in love with a lifestyle that we can't afford."
Jack and Coke, Orange Mojito, Fat Tire Ale, Jasmine Tea. BBQ Pork bun, Peking Spareribs, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Shark Fin Soup. Mac n Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, and Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Gouda Perrano, Tiramisu, and Raspberry Dark Chocolate.
