I am here for Friends

About Me

I just enjoy what I have! I have a great job that gives me WAY too much ability to mess with people, not that I would (Of course i do)... Those that know me would be astounded with the blind trust strangers give me... I think it is very important to take the opportunity to laugh at everyday situations and stupid people. Humor is what lets us all release our stresses. My days at work are more like days spent hanging out with friends with the occasional 'inconvenience' of a 911 call. I smile to myself as I watch the sun set into the Pacific. Sitting here sipping my 3rd cup of Starbucks I laugh..., "we get paid for this?" ... And at 3:30am as I clear my second "I can't afford a taxi" call to respond for chronic toe pain I cry... " we don't get paid enough for this." I work 48 hour shifts on the weekends so I have all week off to play with my new baby Laird!! I live in a beautiful city, with a wonderful girl, and a devoted dog... We have a nice little family here... As long as I have time to spend with my friends, family, bikes, and toys... I'm happy...

My Interests

Traveling by all means available... I love to be outside!! kayaking, motorcycles, flying planes, riding my bikes, hiking, rock climbing, music, COFFEE, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and several unmentionables. My SWEET Mtn Bike Skills- BAD DOG!

I'd like to meet:

Great clip of a wonderful movie about general aviation and Van Nuys Airport!

Music:

I like most all types of music. I have a pretty wide background in wind ensenble music, drum corps, jazz, and symphonic stuff. I've played sax in a few groups for 19 years now and drums for about 6 years. I've even been known to teach the occasional high school drum line. As far as my listening pleasures it depends on my mood. I dig Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, some John Mayer, and Dave Matthews when I'm relaxing. Disturbed, System of a Down, Korn, limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, and White Zombie when I'm feeling rowdy or driving C-3 at work. And 80's music, Tenacious D, and Richard Cheese whenever I'm feeling goofy!

Movies:

It better make me think or laugh hard... I've been watching a lot of the Baby Einstein movies lately... A little hard to get the plot initially- After a few times through, and several beers, FAR more entertaining!!! Can never go wrong with Office Space, Napoleon Dynamite, the original Wallace and Grommit movies, Blazing saddles, Seven, Usual suspects, Ronin, um... I'm out...

Television:

Simpsons, Family Guy, Scrubs, Discovery Channel (where I put my learn on), TLC, Paramedics (armchair quarterbacking), VS, Fuel, depends on what's on...

Books:

**Marley and Me... A good dog story- Cheesy, I know... But really good!! Thanks Buffy!!**Post Secret- I can thank Cody for this book- Check the video on the project!

Heroes:
