About Me

Hi everyone i`m Paul from the great city of Manchester. I`m an electronics engineer by trade. And also at collage doing a course in CAD. But my main passion is music and sport. Obviously i`m from Manchester so i`m going to support Manchester United(even though alot of football fans think were all from the south if you support them). I love muse from bands like the Stone Roses to Oasis, and there the type of bands that influenced me into learning to play an instrument. I`ve now been learing to play the bass guitar for over a few year now and its coming on great. So if there is anyone outhere who fancys a chat then get in touch.

My Interests

My interest as i have said are mainly music and sport. To me the two things that can bring people togeather, and not depending on what colour or creed we are.. width="425" height="350" ..

I'd like to meet:

I`d like to meet people with similar interest to me but not essential. Because if we all liked the same things then it would be a very boring place.

Music:

I have a wide range of music interests. And i think over the years i`ve gone through them all. Either it be Acid House when i was at school in the late 80`s to hard rock in my collage years in the early 90`s and onto indie by the late 90`s. And thats where i have stayed upto this present day, Indie. The bands that i`m into are Oasis, Stone Roses, Ian Brown, Manic Street preachers, Foo Fighters, muse, Bloc Party and many many more bands. Likeing alot of american bands as well at the moment like My Chemical romance, Fall Out Boy and panic at The Disco

Movies:

Love movies but dont get to go the movies as much as i should really. I`m more of a DVD man. I like some the old classics like Scarface, Taxi Driver, Carlitos way. Also British films like Lock Stock and Snatch. But still the best film for me is The Shawshank Redemption... width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" ..

Television:

I dont watch alot of TV. Alot of its crap these days. but saying that 1 show is the best by far for me and thats Shameless. And i actually know people like that as well

Books:

I like to read books. And there is one auther i keep coming back to and that is Colin Forbes, brilliant books

Heroes:

Heroes, well that a hard one. In football for me it`s got to be Eric Cantona. In music it`s Ian Brown. Also Allan Ford from Snatch. But as a national hero it`s got to be Winston Churchill, A true Brit.
