About Me

Hello all! My name is Jeff Lucarelli. I'm originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but my family now lives in Harrisburg, PA. I was living in Baltimore County and teaching at a city school, but after a lot of soul-searching and finacial concerns, I've decided to move back to Harrisburg and take a job at the Best Buy in Mechanicsburg as a media specialist so that I can live near family and friends. I'm thinking about becoming a coach again soon. I'm, also, contemplating law school. A few months ago, I was well into my second year in Baltimore, MD as a regular ed social studies teacher (see the "What would you do if this happened to you?" blog for my insight). I taught two sections of world history to the seniors and one section of American Government to the juniors. On the weekends, I would drive up to Harrisburg, PA, in order to work at the Quarter (http://www.myspace.com/thequarterentertainment) on 2nd Street as a bouncer and stay with the family (this is what I do to relax, after a long week of high school teaching). For a while there, I was just working at the Quarter, after I had the falling out with the principal as described in the "What would you do if this happened to you?" blog. Last school year, I taught Special Ed. Social Studies in the ED Program at W. E. B. DuBois High School (formerly known as Northern High School). In August 2005, I moved to Cockeysville, MD in order to take this position. I completed my teachers' certification and Masters' degree in secondary education in social sciences at National-Louis in Wheaton, in June 2004. During that time, I student-taught at Anderson Community Academy located on the Southside of Chicago, I was a football (2003 season) and wrestling (2002-2003) coach at Glenbard South (my old high school), while living in Four Lakes Apartments in Lisle, IL. I am very much a social person who, also, likes to have my own space. There are times when I like to stay in and watch movies or when I feel like going out with the boys. If you wanna chat, I have AIM (XxIcon 722xX), Yahoo (icon72280), and MSN ([email protected]).

I'd like to meet:

I am looking for a girl who can keep up with my lifestyle. She has to have a sense of humor and enjoy hanging out at bars, clubs, etc., but, also, want to stay in and relax. She has to understand that my friends and family are important to me and that I like to spend time hanging out without her being around me all the time. Just a note, I am still trying to learn how to cook (I can cook quick and easy things like pasta, chicken, etc., but I have yet to become anything near a gourmet chef), so any assistance in the kitchen is welcome.Anyway, besides meeting the right girl, I'd like to meet up with my old friends from IL and catch up with all of them. I try to do this once a year by flying out for the week surrounding New Years' and blowing it out with them. Other than that, I'm not really sure would I'd like to meet.http://www.zobbler.com/admin/data/upimages/157-157.gif

The reason why this was such a memorable show was because during the concert a security guard dropped his radio and I ended up stepping on it. I picked it up for him and gave it back. In doing so, he asked me what I'd want in return and I asked for a drumstick. At the end of the night, he got Morgan Rose to come over and hand me one as the crowd was starting to clear out. The best part of this story is this: The Metro is a small venue and so the bands enter and exit the same way, so I stood outside with my brother and I got the entire band to sign the drumstick. I still have it to this day. Anyway, on with the videos, and hopefully you'll catch a glimpse of me!!There's three more videos from the tape but they haven't been posted on YouTube yet...Song Lyrics ..
