Well, I am easy going and smiley. I have been told i can be a little too hyperactive but im happy 99.9% of the time and why the hell not be happy - only live once and all that!! I refuse to grow up but know when to pretend that i am. Who wants to be a grown up anyway????
Im basically a happy go lucky girl. I dont let things get me down. I am just me. What you see is what you get...I have a sarcastic sense of humour and i have a head full or cartoons and love being around people who are a little bit mad like me. I can be naive and gullible. I blame the blondness - its my excuse for everything but just because i can be gullible 'sometimes' i wont let people walk over me...i learnt that the hard way.I love going out with friends but am happy in my own company too. I have a great bunch of friends who I try to see as much as possible although i need a kick up the bum to go see them from time to time...they must be all crazy to put up with me! What is crap is that i have a knack of finding (and keeping) such amazing fantastic friends yet im rubbish when it comes to men. I always always fall for the wrong ones....luckily I know I dont 'need' a man to complete the picture but you know it would be nice if I did have one. I seriously dont think there is anyone who is mad enough though....Born and raised in Fairfield, I have my own place here but work is in New York. Nothing too exciting although I have in the past worked at both the British Consulate General in New York and also at the United Nations so I cannot complain at all. I love watching sports especially Football, Boxing and Moto GP but will watch most sports. Living in New York, I tried to get into the American sports but so far the only ones I can kinda get are basketball and ice hockey. Trying my hardest to learn American Football as my friends in NY are mad on it but there seem to be far too many rules. I just dont see the point in baseball at all though. Hmmm what else can I say??? Well one of my special skills is being able to drink a pint of lager very quickly(or a yard of ale). I'm sooo lady like i know! I also can make my tongue touch my nose. lol. I fall over all of the time when I go out with the girls and most of the times I do fall im still sober( I blame the cobbles in Yarm). I have learnt to keep elastoplasts in my bag when i go out now but they were no good at all when i fractured my shoulder on one of my falls. Rose wine is evil! I love my sports and lager but im still a girlie girl. I do love shoes, bags and denim micro skirts. A girl can never have too many of those things!Totally undecided as to 'when' to return to NYC. I did plan on going back straight away but i have actually really enjoyed being home. My gorgeous 4month old nephew Rhys is the main reason for that. From now If there is something I want I am going to MAKE IT HAPPEN and to REGRET WHAT I HAVE DONE and not WHAT I HAVENT and at least then ive given it a go rather than look back and think "what if?" Now to put these into practice....
