Our Host Bijoux Wright brings her upbeat personality to television’s new fast-paced entertainment show The Haute Scoop. The weekly show brings entertainment and lifestyle addicts of the LGBT community the most up-to-date “scoop” or rather info on the latest Happ’s around metro Atlanta. She’ll be bringing you the Hautest events, musicians, venues, and fashion trends.Born in Richmond CA, better known as the Bay Area and graduating with a bachelor of arts from San Francisco State University, Bijoux relocated to Atlanta GA, to pursue her career in Fashion. When fashion wasn’t paying the bills she was offered a position at Turner Broadcasting Systems Inc, and from there she found her true passion was television.Bijoux has been a host, correspondent, and field-producer. She began her career at CNN, working as a video journalist, feeds coordinator, and field producer. She has also worked with BET as a talent coordinator for the Lyric Café, and worked as an assistant to sponsorship for BET’s Spring Bling 07. Additionally, Bijoux is a host for PeopleTV where she covers a wide variety of stories and events ranging from jazz festivals to non-profit organizations. She has interviewed some of the hottest celebs, musicians and fashion icons in the industry including: Dallas Austin, Snoop Dogg, Katt Williams, Jill Scott, Ludacris, Shareefa, Omarion, Young Jeezy, Lil Moe, Lloyd, David Banner, Melyssa Ford, Bow Wow, Too Short, B5, and many more.Bijoux is a member of the Atlanta Association of Black Journalists, American Women in Radio and Television and mentors aspiring broadcast-journalists.Contact Information: [email protected] or [email protected].
