Without a doubt it is the events and affiliations since returning back to his roots of DETROIT that has totally completed and well rounded this determined and hardworking "Man of Men amongst Boys"! Since being back Kimani has networked and made moves with many big name venues and businesses in the Greater Detroit Area, which have only just begun to showcase the expertise, ingenuity, and passion that TINMIW Entertainment has for the "ENTIRE" "Urban/Hip-Hop Movement".As one of the partners of the "Saturday Nite Live" events at Marilyn's On Monroe for a couple of years, Kimani J was able to add some of his ingenuity and hard work back into his own city of Detroit. Then there was The Remy Martin Listening Lounge events at 5th Avenue (of Detroit), located at 2100 Woodward Ave., at the northwest corner of Comerica Park in downtown Detroit. This was a joint venture between Remy Martin, Riverside Ent. Legendary Ent. & TINMIW Ent.

The REMY MARTIN Listening Lounge was intended to bring new talent to the forefront through our monthly showcase. We provided a casual, comfortable atmosphere with fine food, choice beverages and an ambiance of class that has come to be associated with a REMY MARTIN event. The environment was suitable for mingling and networking alike while furnishing an array of talent for our audiences’ listening and viewing pleasure. With all kinds of media outlets embracing the Hip Hop culture, music and fashion have become synonymous with one another. In our pursuit to bring talent to the forefront, we were also providing an outlet for models and designers via our fashion show segment.
