L.O.C consists of 2 members Tee Da Hoodlum and Splash. We are are 2 cousins who have a passion for this thing called Hip Hop. We've been doing this for about 2 years now and feel confident that our style of music will change the game. A more conscious rapper speaking more of his strugglers and things he has gone through in his life Splash just wants the world to hear his story. He was given the name Splash in the streets because of a fight now he uses that same energy to fuel the music which he loves so much.Born in Brownsville,Brooklyn Tee is the definition of "the hood". He got his name form Splash because of his actions and how he carries himself like a "Hoodlum". He likes to say he's known for "that hood shit" but his punch lines and delivery makes him a deadly MC and a soon to be legend amongst lyricist.
