The usual...reading, writing, music, movies, blah blah blah...all that regular stuff people fill out for an interest column. I'm large on basketball...not so much watching, but playing. But due to an injury from the past, I can't really play anymore, and that breaks my heart. Another thing I enjoy doing...is taking pictures of random stuff that makes me laugh. Whether it be a funny looking dog, or a sign with a bulb burnt out and now the sign comes across as vulgar. Things that would make my stories funnier....seeing as how most of them are in the "you had to be there" sense. Laughing is another thing I enjoy doing frequently. I guess you could say my motto is...everything has a funny side to it, its up to you to find it.
My former hamsters in human form. I've had about 3 of them. They all kicked the bucket one way or another. Sometimes, when I was just sitting around by myself, I would move the hamster cage next to me, mix up a drink and watch a movie with whichever hamster I had at the time. So, I would like to meet all three of them in the form of a person, kick it for a bit....and see if they actually liked hanging out with me.
I dabble in everything. My music interest will change from day to day. One day, I'll be listening to all the Nas albums. The next, I will be listening to Barry Manilow. Not really a big fan of country, except for all the old school stuff my father would play when I was a kid...Stompin Tom, Charlie Pride, Hank Williams. I am still a large fan of hip hop music, but not the current mainstream stuff like 50 cent, or Lil John. I can't stand the whole...."let me tell you about how rich I am, and how many females I've banged in the last 2 days" kind of rap music that has flooded into the hearts of just about everyone nowadays. I like to listen to artists such as Mos Def, Tribe, Common, Guru, Scienz of Life, Blackilicious, artists that actually have positive messages to shout, as opposed to being narcissistic. Drinking music will vary from ABBA, Sheena Easton, CCR (stuff my parents would play when partying way back when) to gems like The Misfits, Dropkick Murphys, stuff that will get one rowdy. Music to just sit back to can be Beatles, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, Doors, Floyd, Clapton, Weezer, Cuff The Duke, Clash, the list can go on for ages. I'm a huge fan of music...seeing as how it is an outlet for creativity and emotion. If I ever go deaf....I'm jumping off the highest building I can find.
I'm a big movie junkie. I love watching movies. Movies of any sort. I will watch just about anything....I will not take anothers word if they tell me..."don't bother, that movie sucks". If someone went through all that trouble to make a movie...I can at least watch it to show my support. Old school kung fu flicks are my personal fave. Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Sonny Chiba...all those "cats that are fast as lightening". I'm into war movies and westerns too...growing up, my old man would watch his faves with me. I enjoy movies that deal with conspiracies also. Whether it be about the government, the army...or the "MAN" himself. I'm way into horror movies too. That was my mothers doing. Fridays, Nightmares, Halloweens, just about every one. Not any of the new stuff their trying to pass off as horror movies today. Comedies are up there too. Especially the ones considered spoofs. Airplane, Naked Guns, really silly ones like that. To list a few of my favourite movies...here we go.... The Graduate, Godfather, L.A. Confidential, Scarface, Aliens, Bruce Lee anything, The Drunken Master, Ong Bak, The Shining, The Game, Sphere, Clockers, Radio, I Am Sam, there are simply too many to name. oh...and La Bamba, my cuz Roy will appreciate that addition.
I think television is the work of a higher power attempting to brainwash us to fear the outside world.

The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti MonsterDon't bother looking up to people that haven't had a part in my own life. My father would have to be my biggest hero. I know that sounds cliche, but, he did his thing....and is a great man for that.
