My Interests

I love books, movies, visual arts, food, and solitude. When I find my way into a good conversation, I count myself lucky.

Music:

Movies:

I've watched a slew of excellent movies lately; among them are North Fork, Munich, Syriana, Igby Goes Down, and various others.

Television:

I don't really watch TV, at least not often. Sometimes I'll watch Boston Legal, or something on KET, like 'Alone in the Wilderness,' or an interview with Charlie Rose, the BBC, etc.

Trust

I always hear those jaded types say they "don't trust anyone."  For originality's sake, please shut up.  Firstly, we know they're liars and hypocrites.  Obviously, they trust everyone t...

Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow

When you're a kid, life seems to be laid out as though on a well-worn path, but when you reach a certain age, that path disappears, and you end up walking somewhat aimlessly, all on your own.  So...
