Hi, I'm Max.
Although I often catch myself making statements such as "fuck, I hate everyone" or similar immature, unnecessarily negative banter, the truth is I'm actually a pretty positive person. I see a lot of good in people, in humanity as a whole, despite all the awful things we do. I don't like hurting anyone, and prefer not to be hurt as well - this may seem like a given, but I am often surprised by how petty and malicious people can be. As you can probably see, it's hard for me to state any of my convictions or beliefs without tripping over my own contradictions, so I will simply say that I believe I have a good heart, and that the majority of people (perhaps even everybody) do as well.
I am a convicted vegetarian, who would be vegan if it wasn't for my severe weaknesses for cheese and chocolate. I am horribly impulsive and it occasionally gets me into trouble - I have neither an inner voice nor the will to censor myself once I'm on my soapbox. On the other hand, I am socially cumbersome and awkward with almost everybody barring my closest friends, which means I come across as extremely sketchy to almost everybody.
I really, really love music, particularly metal, hardcore and hip hop. I've also taken a liking over the last couple of years to experimental and ambient music, although my knowledge of it is comparatively limited. I used to sing in a band called Ossia Projects, feel free to check it out as well.
Thank you for taking the time to check out my page. It may not seem like that big a deal (it's MySpace, honestly, who cares?), but if you've bothered to read up until this point, believe it or not, it actually does mean a lot to me.
