About Me

Formed in late Summer 2003 Starring Me was a side project for Eric who was in the band Kimball/Earth Moving Machine and John who was in the band Disenfranchised Youth. Earth Moving Machine disbanded soon after the formation of Starring Me. A few months went by with John playing in two bands, but in the fall of 2003 John and Disenfranchised Youth parted ways. Now with a set and more dedicated line-up. Eric, John, and Brandon set out for world domination.... or at least domination of the general area. Jamie joined the band in December 2003 taking reigns as lead vocalist. Soon after Starring Me recorded a demo and began to play in the local spotlight. Since then Starring Me has continued to gain a dedicated following of fans from all over the east coast.Currently we are taking time away from each other. We are all working on new music projects. We have a three song demo that is floating all around the DC/VA/MD/PA area. You might also get your hands on the EP. The band has decided to take hiatus until farther notice.
