As monotonous as life can seem at times, it’s amazing how quickly the days pass, and we can be swept from one moment to the next without even noticing anything has happened. In the course of two years I’ve changed careers twice, moved three times, lost a beautiful girl, discovered a more beautiful girl and in the process made a million mistakes. That being said, for the fist time in a long time, I think I’m finally moving in the direction I’ve always known I would go. Maybe the reason we don’t notice our lives changing, is because as quickly as it happens, we never really change as people. I’m still concerned with my family, friends, and to an unhealthy extent, myself. Not to say I’m selfish, but sometimes my appetite for gratification is at odds with my idea of self control. I still have trouble being alone and I absolutely hate making decisions. I still lack sincerity when it’s most important and find myself being overly honest when honesty isn’t called for. This might be one of those times…anyways, to sum it up I live with my brother, who also happens to be my best friend. I live for Denver sports, love music that can make you think and would still die for really good Mexican food!
