In 2003, "Purify Our Tainted Lineage" and the first version of "Warriors of Holocaust" were completed. Elders played their first show that summer, filling in on the spot for a no-show band. It was an instrumental set as they’d only just begun writing lyrics. By October, Elders of the Apocalypse and the other bands the Elders members were involved in went on a temporary hiatus.
Elders resumed in May 2004. Sadistik Slayer assumed the vocal attack in the event of live performances. The songs went from the speed of light to the speed of hell, as Plaguebearer used the off season to increase his artillery mayhem. They revised "Warriors of Holocaust" to something shorter and more devastating and wrote new songs: "Mass Murder of Believers," "Plague Lords," "The Thrashing Horde," and "Beneath the Boot of a Conquering Force."
Elders played their second show in 2005, this time with Sadistik Slayer performing the vocals. Near the end of the year they began working on an epic song of thrash annihilation called "The Age of Apocalypse." They recorded a demo in 2006, from which the songs "Berserkers..." (written the night before they began the recording), "Hammer of Genocide," and "Mass Murder of Believers" were taken. In October 2007, they began recording their debut album, which they finished in February 2008. Sadistik Slayer and Plaguebearer traded out vocals and Plaguebearer and Bestial Tormentor both supplied leads. The end result is the end of all that is weak, as "Warriors of Holocaust" testifes on this page. A label search is underway in the hope the album--With My Sword I Will Purify the World--will be released this year. Expect nothing less than Apocalyptic Holocaust Metal for the last millennium.
Next album: The Age of Apocalypse. Later: Revelations of Global Holocaust.
