I am 43, I have been married 25 years. I have a Daughter and a Son and 5 fuzzy family members. I am Artistic, creative and some what of a jack of all trades but a master of none when it comes to fixing stuff. My daddy taught me well!

I graduated in 1982 from Hoover High School.
I Have been a full time mom for the past 24years.
I've worked occasionally when needed through the years.
Current Job as of 9/5/07 Detailer at Jacks car wash

At home I work on everything that needs to be fixed myself.
If I don't know how or what to do to fix it. I get the information from other people who do know, then I fix it, if I can. *********************************************************I work on all kinds of stuff. I like learning, hands on projects are the best way.********************************Things I have helped my dad do.
1. Re- roof his House
2. Put a vegetable garden in out back for many summers
3. Put in dual pane windows at his house
4. Work on his cars ( pack wheel bearings, replace brake shoes, change a flat, replace battery, replace alternator, helped fix a blown head gasket, replaced a rear view mirror, mounted a side view mirror, replace many different lights in car and on car, replaced fusses, check and maintain all car fluids, air up tires, put gas in car. etc.
5. Re- enforce the inside of his garage
6. Paint inside his house
7. Put in flooring and carpets
8. Put up vinyl siding
9. Replace doors and door knobs to house
10. Built dog houses
11. Built sleds / toboggans
12. Help with pluming throughout his house
13. Help with washer and dryer maintenance
14. Yard maintenance ( mowing, edging, weed eating, hedge trimming, rotor tilling, etc.)
15. Put paneling up inside his house
16. Tend to wounded animals and nurture baby animals (collected lots of different animals when I was a youth)***
Things I have fixed myself:
1. replaced washing machine belt
2. replaced glider guides for dryer
3. fixed pluming under sinks, no more leaks:)
4. replaced swamp cooler water pump, do all maintenance
5. replaced furnace vent safety switch, heater works now
6. replaced water pump in my car a few years ago
7. replaced bad fence posts in back yard, put up new fence
8. built my own gate from scratch
9. re-did my lawn sprinkler system, water's good now
10. put flooring down in back bath room & middle bed room
11. Put in a vegetable garden
12. Replaced the multi purpose belt on my car
13. Replaced the timing belt on our other car
14. Replaced thermostat for my water pump on my car
15. Replaced my main water heater side by side with my dad
16. Refinished my living room wood floor
17. Yard maintenance ( mowing, edging, weed eating, hedge trimming, rotor tilling, etc.)
18. Tend to wounded animals and nurture baby animals ( Still collecting animals ) I like making friends on here and enjoy chatting with people. But!
