Lifting weights to pump the muscles up full of blood, and then for post revovery drink some whey, then go home, and just stuff my face with high quality food to fuel my muscles from my balls to the wall workouts. Killing wild animals, and eating 'em for protein comsumption to repair my muscles from my balls to the wall workouts, so they can grow bigger and stronger.
Mainly Disturbed, Old School Metallica and Ramstein to get me pumped up in the weight room and some other heavy or hard rock. But, when I'm just relaxing not in the weight room, mostly some country, but a little of everything is good.
