Music
playing it, teaching it, recording it, arranging it, going to live shows, just being around it in general.
Photography. Movies. Being outdoors doing pretty much anything, as long as i'm not freezin' my butt off.
Just getting into mountain biking (nothing too hardcore). I'm okay on a pair of rollerblades, too. I'm aslo an accomplished couch potato - I've been known to literally do nothing for a day every once in a while.
Laughing 'til it hurts. My family. Hangin w/my friends. People watchin'.
Goin out to eat. I'm not super adventurous when it comes to food, but i'll try it.
Martial Arts (i don't train anymore, though) Playing some sports, not watching them on TV.
And just trying to keep my life as stress free as possible by avoiding "drama" and not wasting my energy on things i have no control over, like say traffic for instance.
I'm really just here because i know a bunch of people and bands on MySpace, and got pissed cuz i couldn't "view more pics"
- but now that i'm here, less do diss!
Totally depends on my mood. Jazz, Living Colour, bluegrass, James Brown, classical, Stevie Wonder, techno, drum 'n' bass, Barenaked Ladies, Beethoven, Harry Connick Jr., Tribe Called Quest and anything inbetween. There are tunes by any band, in pretty much any style that i'll like, or not. I used to say, "I hate that kind of music", or "that band", then at some point in the future, i'd actually end up liking some of what i said i hated, so i don't say that anymore. There's a bunch of local and or "indie" bands that i'd rather listen to than what's on the radio - i hardly EVER listen to the radio (for music). Not a big "pop" music fan. Commercials annoy me, but the Bud Light "Mr. yada yada" ones rule. I'm constantly changing stations cuz i want to listen to what I want to listen to, not what's "hot right now". I usually end up somewhere on the way left part of the dial.
Love 'em - Special features on DVD's ROCK! Totally into the "how'd they do that" part of things. (not just movies) Here's a few:
Shawshank Redemption, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars (all of 'em), Indianna Jones, Hunt for Red October, Shaun of the Dead, Airplane, Hot Shots', Naked Guns', Harry Potter, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Bruce Lee, Nightmare Before Christmas, the Jungle Book (the old Disney animated one). John Cusack, Jack Black, Gary Oldman. Documentaries on various subjects
- blah blah blah
Can't stand "reality TV", yet i find myself watching from time to time, and then get pissed that i just watched something that ridiculous. It's like a really bad accident, you just have to look. Luckily, i'm not usually near a TV during prime time.
Hate; commercials.
Like; History channel, Discovery channel,Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy, Star Trek TNG, Mind of Mencia, C.S.I. (Vegas, cuz it's on when i'm home), the news
Thankfully i've never uttered the phrase, "My show is on"
Not a reader really, but i'm getting better! I always end up nodding off, even if it's something i'm really interested in. I will say that when i do read, i'm more into non-fiction than fiction, but i'm game for anything.
My parents and family for always being there at the drop of a hat when i need them.
