Your Most Overused Phrase On an instant messenger: "BTW" I can never remember what it stands for and stomp my feet in frustration when people send it to me.

Your Best Physical Feature: I like my teeth. and my hips are really girly. i dig those too

Your Most Missed Memory: my grandma letting me draw on her face with washable magic marker when I was a little girl just because it entertained me and she was cool
Favorite Drinks: BAD DAY: Vodka martini, dirty, in a rocks glass (I tend to slosh), TERRIFIC DAY: a mojito, light on the syrup, HOT DAY: a Corona light (I'm not picky with my beer but a Corona bottle has a nice soft lip. weird), BIRTHDAY: Knob Creek and water, bring it:), AT SCHOOL: sugar-free rootbeer.
Things you think are hot: gruff voices, loud rock in the bedroom, summer nights with no A/C, watching my boyfriend get dressed in the morning, wet hair, solid white bedding, necks on women and jawlines on men, tattoo covered arms, smell of car on a man's hands, the movie Gia, campfire smoke, making love in the front seat of a car, a solitary crooked tooth, a bald man in white boxers (i.e. Edward Norton in American History X, Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction, etc.), being carried, a man tending to something else with a cigarette held in his lips, thunder, knowing Adam's watching ME get dressed, a confident stride, shirtless joggers, Irish accents, being called "doll", satin underthings, scratchy beards, being kissed on the cheek, morning wood (I can't believe I just wrote that), pinstriped British suits, and ummm... eyecontact. good eyecontact.

Things that are definitely NOT hot: men in robes, closed-mindedness, a girly run, blind faith, anyone eating mayonaise or maccaronni and cheese, perfect hair, repetetive humor, self-pity, shyness, selfishness, black leather coats, shell necklaces, back fat, boasting about alcohol consumption, jacked up shirt collars, cottonmouth, forgetfulness
Lipton Ice Tea or Nestea: I drink hot tea. makes you warm and cozy. WTF does iced tea do for you? makes my teeth hurt
Beer or brat: stand by for picture of beer being poured on a brat.. I'll snap a shot as soon as I run outside
Cappuccino or Coffee: coffee. dark with sugar. i like to get to the point. the foam is just bulk on top of the point
Do you Smoke: eew. no. well, not cigarettes. i suppose I make friends on occassion with nicotine's much yummier cousin
Do you Swear: less than I used to because i think it's trashy. but there's something about throwing an unecessary "fuckin-A..." into a statement that just makes me giggle.
Do you Sing: uh huh. don't always realize when I am. it's real quiet. kinda looks like I'm talking to myself
Do you Shower Daily: well...some Sunday mornings are rough. Sometimes I just roll out of bed and go to work
Have you Been in Love: i'm in love with a lot things. warm weather at night, my favorite books, the perfect song at the perfect time, really good lobster bisque...oh yeah :) and Adam. I guess he's okay too
Do you want to go to College: somedays. most days though I just want to be done with college
Do you want to get Married: still have my hesitations, but yes. marriage exists for a reason, right? there must be some benefit to completely turning your life over to someone else. yay. i can't wait
Do you belive in yourself: more than anyone else. things just always somehow turn out alright for me. i must make decent decisions
Do you get Motion Sickness: how can I put this...if I turn around too quickly, I throw up
Do you think you are Attractive: sure

In the past month have you cried: i did a nose dive down a stairwell. cry isn't the word
In the past month have you been on Drugs: um..I don't really play around like that anymore. sad but true.

In the past month have you gone to a Mall: I work at a mall
In the past month have you eaten a box of Oreos: no. but i think I've eaten enough Oreos in icecream to constitute a whole box
In the past month have you eaten Sushi: not real sushi I suppose. is it sushi if it's wrapped in seaweed and rice? some sushi looks like raw human flesh. I just can't get into that
In the past month have you been on Stage: no
In the past month have you been Dumped: ummm...no. and I hate the word "dumped." how does one go from being in a relationship with someone who must adore them to the abrupt switch-up of being "dumped"?
In the past month have you made a new friend: dude. i make friends with the guys who ask for change at my busstop
In the past month have you Stolen Anything: don't think so. well, I scoop myself icecream at work on the sly. i feel pretty guilty about it sometimes. however i do it a lot... hmm
Ever been Drunk: yes. but I like that point right before I actually feel drunk. when I get drunk, I go home. It's the end of my night.
Ever been called a Tease: not to my face, but I know I am. Life just isn't as fun if you're not either easy or a tease (i feel more comfortable being a tease). Women have this crazy femininity pumping though them and it's hard to keep it under wraps most of the time. something just feels good about dropping heavy flirtation on men who think it's just for them. whatever. it's an honest answer.
Ever been Beaten up: no. Is that weird? Has one not lived until they've been beaten up?
Ever Shoplifted: never anything I really wanted. Adolescent shinanigans like stealing grandma underwear from Wal-mart. Isn't that right, Tal?

What do you want to be when you Grow Up: ideally? a chef. logically? an English teacher.
What country would you most like to Visit: Italy I think. Ireland. Thailand. I don't know.
In a Boy/Girl..
Favourite Eye Color: dark is hot. blue is sweet. each has their perks.
Favourite Hair Color: dark
Short or Long Hair: short on top. scruff on the face. crazy scruff.
Height: sucks to stand on my tiptoes for lips, but I like looking up into the face of the man who loves me. maybe it's daddy issues. but hey, that's not a bad one if it is.
Weight: can't handle a whole lot of pudge. but I think I'd rather have that than a man with no chest. barrel chests are extremely manly

Best Clothing Style: Casual but put together. I like jeans on hips. hats. labels disgust me. unless it's a band name.
Number of Drugs I have taken: I've tried everything I've wanted to try once (or twice)
Number of CDs I own: a lot. but never enough.
Number of Piercings: just my ears
Number of Tattoos: 2
Number of things in my Past I Regret: probably more than i should. i wish i would've thoughtout certain reactions with more thoughtfulness, i wish i would've realized that certain things weren't really as big as they seemed.. and that others were when i didn't know it.. i wish i would've focused harder in classes that i daydreamed in...i wish hadn't ever held a grudge... i wish i had always been true to everyone i ever loved...come on. who doesn't have regrets? i think i like that i have them. means i'm growing up, becoming better.

My Interests

Cooking for people I love, concerts, writing, being in the city sometimes, being in the country sometimes, large friendly dogs, really hot summers, sundresses, reading at the park, big breakfasts, the little sighs my boyfriend makes when I pet him, snowboarding, jogging outside, autumn, kissing, pigtails (they're just about as much fun hair can have), having my coat put on for me, napping in late afternoon just before supper, the cool side of a pillow, my very best friends, being passenger on a motorcycle, classic rock and an icecold Bavarian Weiss at Summerfest, and people who smile a lot and make me laugh. Oh. and this. I like to do a lot of this stuff with my free time. A friend of mine said once that anything less than mad, passionate, extraordinary love is a waste of time. There are enough mediocre things in life. Love shouldn't be one of them. ... stop buying SUVs. offer to drive if you don't own a gas guzzler. unplug your shit when you leave the house. really, just unplug it. even if it's off. ride your bike to work sometimes. it's summer. recycling is so simple. buy recycled too. A/C is unnecessary in 80 degree weather. We bitch that it's winter for so long.. turn off the ridiculous coolant and take advantage of the beautiful weather. Just start paying attention.

I'd like to meet:

I don't want to MEET anybody on here. I gave that a try once upon a time, but myspace is full of crazies. Guys, girls- there's lunatics leaving weird messages everytime I log onto this damn site. Old friends I've lost touch with would be cool, but really, I just like to keep in the current with my everyday favorites.. mostly girls who aren't too girly. Guys who..I don't know...are guys. oh- and this guy. yeah. I wanna meet him. Chino, you make me daydream...

Music:

Julie Moffitt is my favorite chick songwriter and buddy. You can click her page in my top list to hear her pretty voice. Other stuff majorly depends on my mood. Usually old school jazz or blues when I'm in the kitchen. Summer just equals Petty and the Black Crowes. Jack Johnson when I'm camping or when it's raining. James Taylor has been my dirty little secret for a long time. Rob Zombie in the morning is unbeatable. Deftones puts me in the mood. Zeppelin or The White Stripes just about anytime of the day. These are the Black Keys. they're my new biggest blues/rock interest. this page plays their whole concert song by song and they just kick so much ass it's unbelievable.. .... Nitty Gritty Dirt Band -- In The Dark Mp3 Mp3 Downloads | Music Codes | Mp3 Players And... a few of my most played cds..
Cool Slideshows

Movies:

Fight Club. Kill Bill. Goodfellas. Desperado. Pulp Fiction. Oooh..I'm seeing a pattern here. Let me think softer. I could watch The Beach over and over. I love Joaquin Pheonix. Christopher Walken. Kevin Spacey. Susan Sarandon (she reminds me of my mom). Oh, and Salma Hayek. She's beautiful. And her accent...I'd see anything with her in it. This is one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. She is just adorable. *JUST ADDED* Holy shit. 300. I'm speechless. The ultimate male form..times,well.. 300 :) And, ladies, your boyfriends will even go WITH you to see it in the theatres...cuz there's swords and stuff. When did this earth become so damn fair to women?

Television:

I can't peel my eyes away when Giada is in her little t.v. kitchen.. Moving on, however, my three top shows: Conan O'Brien is God. Nip/Tuck. Supurb. And The Office is... fucking great. Also dig reality t.v. that turns people into professionals... Top Chef. America's Next Top Model. Just can't help myself. Run's House is so fun to watch. Oooh.. and that show with Jesse James, the guy from West Coast Choppers. ha. I guess that would be West Coast Choppers, huh? :) And this..(OMG)is one of my very favorite sketches from The Office. i absolutely love pranks and Jim is the freakn king :)

Books:

Perks of Being a Wallflower, the bio of Anthony Kedis (man, his life has been a trip),A Confederacy of Dunces, Utopia, Walden (anything by Thoreau, really), The Language of Goodbye. Favorite of all time: the "terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day" book. Still own it. And read it when my day was just too much.

Heroes:

people who have drive to venture out past their comfort zone. great snowboarders. mothers of ginormous families. mmmm...and Bettie Page. Iconic. Gorgeous. Bold. Ultimately, and strikingly feminine.

my fall cold

I don't know why I needed a buddy to start blogging with me in order to push me to start one, but Aliy obliged- and after reading hers, it made me excited to start a bit of a diary-esque collection of...
