I work for a political third party here in Massachusetts and from years of civil rights work within Boston's queer community, I have many close friends who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. It is important to me that the people in my life are open minded. I don't discriminate against anyone for who or what they are, and have little patience for those who do. That doesn't mean I won't poke fun at any group of people for the hell of it (I have a twisted sense of humor).

I am a dual-citizen between the United States and Croatia. While I have grown up in the U.S., I have spent most of my summers in Croatia on a small island in the Adriatic Sea where my family owns a house.
My dog is a black labrador retriever named Kira who I raised from a puppy and love more than anything. My personality is much more akin to that of a feline, than of a canine (as if you couldn't tell)... but then, what cat wouldn't love having someone around who does nothing but worship them?

My Interests

Politics. I don't know why, but I love to get pissed off about politics. Watching "REAL TIME with Bill Maher" and "THE DAILY SHOW with Jon Stewart" are some of my favorite past times. "W" and the Patriot Act can kiss my ass. If you want to know a dirty little secret, while I vote democrat and speak like a green, I like some of the things the libertarians have to say.

I was on the Olympic track for figure skating for 8 years, but recently quit. I've worked in independent films and hope to eventually Produce. In the mean time, it's clubbing, sleeping and a general sense of apathy for me.

I'd like to meet:

People in and around the Boston Area (primarily) who are cool to hang out with, play pool, see films, go clubbing, or just talk to.
