I have many more interests than I have abilities so ..... I would love to climb mountains, travel extensively to the Orient and Europe, attend the theater and the ballet. What I can actually do.....LOL....movies, books, beach, long rides etc.
Ladies and gentlemen of my age and stage in life who enjoy sharing conversation and friendship.I am done with being a counselor and do not wish to be a mother figure to anyone else but my own. I have a wonderful man in my life ( my husband ) and definitely am not interested in anything along those lines either.
Ah yes, varied tastes....The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Eagles, Waylon, Willie and the Boys, The Diamonds, Gregorian Chant, El Divo, Josh Grobin and Garth Brooks.
All time Favourites are Splendor in the Grass, Westside Story, The Sound of Music. Have enjoyed many movies to include, the Godfather series, The Omen Series, Amityville Horror Series, Orca the killer whale, You light up my life and to many more to mention.
I watch Days of Our Lives, thanks to my lovely daughter. I like all the Law and Order series, The Unit, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, House, JOrdan, Desperate Housewives, CNN, Cold Case, the CSI shows, NCIS, Without a Trace. Can't stand the reality shows...got bored after the third season of the Survivor series.
It has been a while since I have read a book I really enjoyed. Recently cataracts were removed and I anticipate enjoying some wonderful books once more.
My two sons who are in the USMC are my real life heroes.
