I'm Andy the son of one of Birmingham's greatest ever rock guitar players (dont ask me about this it saddens me). At the moment and for the past 4 years I've been living my life exactly how i want to live it (which seems to be a problem for the chavs which dominate this society). I'm a quiet, shy person (that will be your first impression anyway) but If u can be bothered to get to know me a little longer You'll see I can be many things, I'm generally mellow, chilled and happy but sometimes I can be slightly hyper and crazy, You can talk to me about anything. I'm very liberal minded and will always do my best to answer any questions. Ok basically I live my life for music and ..music with soul), playing my guitar, listening to music, writing music, lying in the park like a hippy in the summer, getting too drunk and above all the work Im putting into getting my band (The Tailshakers or you may know us as E-Street Shakedown) gigging properly and showing you all what we got! I'd like to say im happy but im not all the time because i know the prejudice that awaits just around the next corner in my own neighbourhood from these simple minded fools. Im like Marlon Brando in the Wild One except i cant just jump on a bike and move somewhere else, I'm stuck where I am it looks like, It isn't all bad though. Anyway to sum up "About me" I'm not from this third stone from the Sun, I'm a voodoo child and i need less of people dictating how I should be. Im a student at Kings Norton 6th form, which is the worst place on Earth (to anyone who goes there) I am not what you think of me, I am not some fuck up whos got mental disorders and cuts himself and is fucked up in the head. Nor am I anything to do with the "sleaze" scene, nor am I the steretypical rocker. I am none of these things, I am a free person who believes everybody should have their chance to express themselves and feel the same freedom that I feel sometimes. I dress eccentrically because i feel that best represents me, so what if i dont pull it off. I'm romantic, intelligent (my iqs 144 so...) and got a sense of humour like fuck! I am me and no one else (I know everyone says that but its true for me) I have no problem with being labelled as long as you label me right, just label me as "Andy" and I'll be happy, it's when I am categorised that I get offended as I base my image, personality and general perception on something that I would like to think is unclassifiable (in a good way I hope lol).
