Formed in Winter of 2006, SouLogic has evolved from a 3 piece instrumental jam band to a full 5 piece Independant rock project involving the soothing ambient sounds with funk, phychedelic, jazz, and other elements. ----With helium high screaming vocals and crunching jazz influenced riffs with machine like percussion daunting off into the background Soulogic delivers and smashing any listeners with music for anytime and anyplace. Buts lets take a closer step inwards to the ritualistic sound made by Soulogic. After a tumoltuous start and a short break up of the original members souLogic's guitar players Dan and Nick certainly deliver with Guitar knowledge that surpasses even the best of musicians on the scene which pulled them back to each other despite previous disputes. The duo blend together perfectly creating a certain bond in the music allowing each other to expand on they’re own techniques and abilities, but the two can only be so responsible its up to Chad who throws it down with machine gun marksman ship hammering away at his drum kit but yet can slow it down to melodic club like jazz fusion which is an odd combination that only is upheld by the great’s proving that you don’t need loudness to sound good. Those three members are the founders of the Soulogic sound, but it was not until the addition of powerful uplifting pipes that the ambience was complete. Finally with the core and structure of Soulogic’s sound the vocalist Quin had entered the picture and filled all absent spaces. Quin, who surpasses even the best pop singers, can penetrate the heart through an audience members ears. With preaching lyrics and melodic rhythm he raises the bar for any who think they can sing . Now with a complete fivesome the band could step out into the spotlight and begin to play shows. Previous to the addition to Quinn, Soulogic had only played one show , and that had been with out a vocalist. The only show was actually an E.P. release. Before even having singer of an official bassist, the group was able the put together an instrumental E.P. and play a live show. Alas that they were complete,they began to set up shows at Las Vegas best local venue, the University Theatre. Before the close of University Theatre, the band managed to play four shows in the venues short life span. But along with appreciation of their talent from a local booking company, the band also played four other shows around the local vegas scene. Now with a shortage of venues to play Soulogic is taking this opportunity to go into the studio to write loads more songs and record more of their proclaimed "juicy" material. Soulogic itself as a band has created a whole new variation of music witch truly defines the word “chillâ€. In the end music is music and like anything else its ment to be tampered with to be constantly evolving no matter how long or short a song is if it has Heart and Soul it will become a masterpiece cherished to those who have been fortunate to hear it and for those who have not seen Soulogic play you haven’t lived the best way to describe the sound emitting off the group is to imagine every thing you’ve ever loved or liked smashing into you at once.
