Being born into a family of muscians, it's not to our suprise of how well ne-yo's musical abilities are. Before Ne-yo became a big time artist, he was being raised by his mother who was a single parent. Living in arkansas growing up, then moving to las vegas nevada for his mother hopes to give him a better life, ne-yo was greatful. This is where he discovered and found himself to be a musical artist.Ne-yo may sing quickly emerging songs, but he also writes them himself. Ne-yo was penned on the biggest radio records of history. With 189.5 million listeners, you can tell ne-yo was extremley popular. His songs are loved and listened to by many. Have you heard of the song "let me love you" by mario? Mario did not write that song. Ne-yo did, and he had Mario perform it.Ne-yo wrote many artist's songs such as mary j.blige and b2k, and more. Ne-yo feels that you can reach to people through music as he said "I want to reach people’s soul with my lyrics thru whatever vessel God chooses.” Ne-yo has a very talented ability to write and perform songs for himself and other popular and known artists. His ability did not just happen though. He began to write music at a very young age.Ne-yo right now is a part of def jam records. Ne-yo's first album sold many, and was listened to by millions. Even though everything seems to be perfect for Ne-yo, as it would seem, there was some hard parts to becoming an emerging artist, along with having to worry about other artist over powering him. He did not really worry about that though. He did what he was capable of doing and everybody loves him and his music for that. He does not even have to compete.Many artist who have been around for years, unlike Ne-yo, for he has not been a performing artist for long, he is still way more known and bigger then those artist. They would perfer to listen to his music instead of others.A hard thing for Ne-yo was that he has always been an artist. But to be a performing artist and not somebody who was always just in the background is a whole other experience. As Ne-yo says “I’ve always been the writer, the guy in the background, but being the actual artist is a whole new experience for me.” From this you can tell that it was not the easiest thing for him to emerge, but by him doing what he did, he made it and he made it out very well. The outcome of everything was majorly successful, his vocals, and his writing and rhyming skills and the way he tunes things are truly amazing.Ne-yo will be a artist who will be around for years to come. Even though he is 22 years old now, even when he is 30, i can see that he will still be dropping hit after hit.
