Still hotter than you...yes, you.

About Me

I was born in Canada and lived in a small town in West Virginia for the early years of my life, then spent my formative years in Sugar Land, TX. I graduated with a masters in accounting from the University of Texas. Now I'm living near downtown Houston and working in public accounting. I'm a rockstar on the inside. I'm waiting for that good get-rich idea. I have a creative side and have to have some sort of outlet for my extra energy. I love shopping and want to run my own boutique someday. I have an over-the-top personality. I like it that way. I'm opinionated but open-minded. I get excited easily. I laugh a lot. I like randomness. I get bored easily. I don't take myself too seriously. I love to laugh. I'm very passionate. I do everything 100%. I fall in love all the time. I don't know if I'm taking applications or not. I think you can tell a lot about a person by the way they hug you and even more by the way they kiss you. I used to be the person to call in the middle of the night if you had a crisis. I'd like to be that person again. I come across as stuck up, but that's just a defense mechanism. I'm a sucker. I'm a bit self-absorbed, but just admit it, you are too. I love adventures and get myself into all kinds of interesting situations. I always have to promise to behave myself. I order off the kids' menu. I'm impulsive. I'm done.

My Interests

Running, laying by the pool, decorating my apartment, cross-stitching, dancing in my living room when nobody else is home, putting large inflatable cartoon characters in my roommate's room when she isn't home, being quirky, having a good time and a good laugh, teaching my cat Burke to do cool things like fetch and flush the toilet.

I'd like to meet:

I'm looking for a boyfriend...but at the same time not in a hurry to settle down with Mr. Not-so-Right. I guess I should just focus on making new friends...so hit me up if you want to be my friend, hahaha.

It's only the best tv show EVER!

So I'm flipping through the channels the other night when I stumble upon "Pants off dance off" on Fuse.  Hilarious!  I turn it on, and the first thing I see is a 70-year old man dancing in n...

Are these guys serious?

So I've really been blown away recently by the horrible pick-up strategies being used in downtown Austin.  Two cases: 1. About a month ago, I'm at Foundation standing at the bar waiting for a dri...

Crying in the bookstore...

So I picked up my graduation invitations today and cried in the bookstore.  The lady just looked at me like, "yeah, we get that all the time."  God, I'm getting sentimental in my old age.
