About Me
As I continue to grow and mature I realize that one should not go through life, but grow through life. The difference between school and life? In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson. Most people I've come into contact with go through life, with their mouths open, and minds closed. I feel that if you let yourself be open life will be easier...
I've also become aware of who my true friends are. A true friend is someone who is there for you when he/she would rather be anywhere else. And to the select few of you I consider my friends "What ever you need, dont worry I got you".Every year things change. Friends come and go, people who you thought were out of your life forever return to show that sometimes separation is needed to develop appreciation for those oblivious to it. To that special someone: You know your place and you should never question it. You're my heart!! I love u .. To my brothers, y'all know who y'all are, no matter if you're at MSU, the Chi, tha D, or at EMU, or wherever life leads u, its always love between us and to those who doubt, I got you, just call and see if its still brotherly cuz loyalty never disappears if its really there initially.
Sometimes people enter your life. They are there either for a reason, a season or a lifetime. The people there for a reason come in fly-by-night fashion; they don't stay for long, the lesson you receive may be short and sweet, but the effects are long-lasting. Pretty much the equivalent of a one-night stand. The people who are there for a season last for an extended period of time, and sometimes make you believe that they are meant to be there longer than that. They affect you in a profound way, but in the end, after the lesson is learned, scars may be emotionally visible, but it's all for the best. Those people who are there for a lifetime come in the most unexpected but most obvious points of need in your life, and after that presence is established, it is never questioned. Sometimes they've been there from day one, sometimes they leave and come back, and sometimes they enter mid-stream. Either way, your job is to take the lesson for what it is, never regret anything because you should learn from it, but don't keep people who should be in your life for a season if they should be there for a reason, and damn sure don't let anyone stay in for a lifetime that shouldn't be there.
