About Me

I'm a laid back guy who is just trying to enjoy life and the things thrown at me. My dog Bronx is like my son, and even though he can be a little bastard sometimes, he will always be my little boy. I love a good challenge, as I am a very competitive person. I am a bit of a perfectionist, this quality has it's ups and downs. I bought my first house in December of 2004 and needless to say, I'm very proud of it. I have put a lot of hard work into it, and plan on putting it back on the market in the spring of 2008, in an effort to find another one and do it all over again. I absolutely love motorcycles. They are my money-pits. Ever since I threw my leg over my dad's old race bike (which I still have in my garage), I have been addicted to them. Unlike most idiots around here, i don't ride to look good in other people's eyes. I don't even ride on the street much anymore. The racetrack is where I find peace. My motorcycles are my stress relief. Most would find it difficult to find peace in going 120mph around a turn, dragging your knee on the pavement, but it works for me. Whether I am working on them or riding them, I can always clear my head. When you ride a motorcycle, you become one with it. You have to work together, and if you can, it's beauty in motion.

My Interests

As I've said before, motorcycles are my passion. I consider myself very athletic. I play just about every sport. And if I don't play it, I can probably pick it up pretty quick. I like building things around my house. Decks, shelves, workbenches...manly stuff...ha ha! I like going out to bars and clubs, whether it's to go out and dance (yes, this white boy can dance) or go sit back and drink a few with good friends and maybe shoot some pool. I love the mountains, but I love the beach more. I mountain bike just about every weekend and sometimes during the week (DON'T TELL MY BOSS) and work out 5 times a week.

I'd like to meet:

Some interesting people with similar interest, along with some things I've never tried. People seem to be themselves around me. If you can do that, the more I will get along with you.downhill section from roam dvd

Music:

You name it...I listen to it. It's as simple as that. My friends say that I am so diverse in music that I should be on that games show where you have to know all the lyrics because it would be no contest.

Movies:

Dumb and Dumber is by far one of the most intelligent comedies ever. You have to watch it a handful of times before you get all of the punchlines and one-liners. I can easily repeat that whole movie without it even being on, it's almost scary. I think the only other person I know that can do it just as well is my best friend Nick Tubbs, and maybe even his sister since we always made her watch what we were watching...ha ha...poor Abby! The Usual Suspects is another of my favorites. I have to say comedy is my favorite genre of films, nothing takes stress away like laughing until your gut hurts. I like scary films from time to time. The recent "Saw" films have enticed me. They play with the will you have in your mind...and I like that! Gone in 60 Seconds, simply for the Shelby GT500 being driven how a sports car should be. As for my favorite documentary it's gotta be "Faster." If you like motorcycle racing, you must own this movie, hands down! Field of Dreams will always hold a place in my heart, and as pathetic as it sounds, I still cry when Ray asks his dad if he wants to "have a catch", and his dad responds "I'd like that." I'm a big softy when it comes to that one.

Television:

Family Guy and American Dad kill me! Robot Chicken is 15 minutes is absolute stupidity and I love it. If the Wolfpack, Buckeyes, Browns or Panthers are on, I've watching the game...Period! The Simpsons, any motorcycle racing, and That 70's Show are my regular shows that I watch. I swear Family Guy is a drug, I can't get enough of it, so I have all the seasons on DVD...ha ha...I'm such a loser!

Books:

Honestly, until recently I wasn't a big reader. Now that I am traveling for work a little more often, I find myself picking up the latest best sellers at the airport bookstores. I still read Maxim, Men's Fitness, and Road Racing World Magazines religiously. But I am a guy, so I have an excuse.

Heroes:

My dad is my biggest hero. Now that I have grown up and learned the sacrifices he made to support our family when i was younger, he is larger than life to me now. I hope when I am his age that my son will look at me the same way I look at him.
