When I moved to Sacramento in 2000 from NYC (native Mobile,AL) I decided to change it up a littleand went to work for Wells Fargo Bank. What was I thinking?After about a year of the bank I decided to update my education and went to work forElite Progressive School of Cosmetology. After two years of working with studentsand running a cosmetology school administration office, I yearned to be back in the salon environment.I went to work building my clientele in North Natomas at Natomas Salonand in downtown Sacramento at Wham Hair Studio.In the summer of 2005 I was presented with an opportunity to open my very own salon,an opportunity that most would never have or did not want.What did I want?I wanted to bring back what I feel is missing in a major portion of our industry today.A clean, comfortable environment where you feel like your at home without thepressures of sales pitches and arrogant hair stylist.A place where you don't feel you have to "be done"when you arrive.I want to know your name, and remember it. I want you to know my name, and remember it.I want to create a space that is inviting and welcoming, a place where you can relax and laugh a little.Leave the serious hair work to us. Feel confident in knowing that we care about your hair,and not only want you to like your hair, we want you to LOVE it!With a clientele of 300 and growing, I stand behind my work.Communication is the key to our successful relationship,and closing that gap is the key to your fabulous hair!I am currently accepting new clients by appointment only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.I work late on all days and it is my pleasure to escort you to your car after your late appointment.
