Your Superpower Should Be Mind Reading
You are brilliant, insightful, and intuitive.
You understand people better than they would like to be understood.
Highly sensitive, you are good at putting together seemingly irrelevant details.
You figure out what's going before anyone knows that anything is going on!
Why you would be a good superhero: You don't care what people think, and you'd do whatever needed to be done
Your biggest problem as a superhero: Feeling even more isolated than you do now What Should Your Superpower Be?
Disjointed Piscean Thoughts...

It's official. You know you have the military in your blood when you start thinking "Yeah, the "Army Strong" commercial would make a great processional at my wedding..."

'Kay, I really REALLY dislike it when people leave comments or post in a forum and use TextTalk. It doesn't make you sound cute,it makes you sound STUPID. I know I like the occasional BTW or OMG, but puh-leeese, let's pretend that we passed 4th grade spelling. Here's an actual comment from someone's myspace page..."OMG U GUYZ! SO LYKE, I WENT TO DIS SIENZ SENTRE 2DAI AND SAW ME SOME BADA$$ SIENZ SHYT!IT WAZ BOM!" That one, I hate to say, really deserves a WTF?!?!

I sure wish it was easier to change backgrounds. I'm sick of looking at people making out on my background- but it's a pain in the ass to change.

So, I have to get up in 6 hours, but I'm only about 25% of the way done with my son's Halloween costume. At least he gave me 6 days notice. He's going as Hudson Horachatio, the donkey from Viva Pinata. What ever happened to kids cutting two holes in a white sheet and being a ghost? (Then again, what ever happened to moms being able to sew?) Geez, I can't even sew a button on... but the kid WILL have a pinata costume in the next 2 days.

Spent the weekend down in MSP helping a buddy move. Went to a Halloween party with the Twin Cities Transplants. FUN FUN FUN!!! I couldn't figure out what to wear, didn't have a costume, so I pulled out my old dirndl and went as the St. Pauli Girl. Lotsa fun, fabulous group. Love 'em!

Jeez, I feel bad... here I nagged Renee and Michelle for months to get the cool scrolling thing text box, finally got it, and then waited 6 weeks before posting another random thought...

Yesterday was my 8 year anniversary of moving to Little Falls. I thought if you broke a mirror, you were only doomed to SEVEN years bad luck.
You Are The Fool
You are a fascinating person who is way beyond the concerns of this world.
Young at heart, you are blissfully unaware of any dangers ahead.
You are a true wanderer - it has be difficult finding your place in this world.
Full of confidence, you are likely to take a leap of faith.
Your fortune:
You are about to embark on a new phase in your life.
This may mean changing locations, jobs, friends, or love status.
You are open about what the future will bring, and free of worry.
You have made your peace with fate, and you're ready to start down your new path. What Tarot Card Are You?The Dante's Inferno Test has banished you to the Fourth Level of Hell!

Here is how you matched up against all the levels:

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Thank goodness I found him!!!

Music:

Classical, showtunes, 80's, lite rock, hair bands, country-bordering-on-rock, world, you name it. I used to think country music was the worst, until I went to basic training and realized people actually listened to rap and hip-hop.Mozart, Bach, Beethoven. Dan Fogelberg, Carly Simon (OMG, I'm turning into my mother!!!). Melissa Etheridge, Phil Collins, Corey Hart, Depeche Mode, Loreena McKennitt, Enya, a-ha, Duran Duran, Roxette. Anything Andrew Lloyd Webber. Sound of Music, Brigadoon, The King and I. Bagpipes. Army Cadences. Carrie Underwood. Amy Grant. And yes, I now have a thing for Bob Marley and German Military Marches.

Movies:

Foreign flicks- Europa, Europa, Run Lola Run, Amelie. Anything with Kevin Brannaugh. Kevin Smith totally rocks. Woody Allen, Mel Brooks. Chick flicks, military films. The Princess Bride, Mighty Aphrodite, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Love and Death, Serendipity, Hamlet, The King and I, The Truth about Cats and Dogs, Gone with the Wind, Under the Tuscan Sun, La Cage aux Folles (and, the Birdcage), Biloxi Blues, Courage under Fire, Stripes, Private Benjamin, Clerks 2, Dogma, Chasing Amy, The January Man, A Fish Called Wanda, Ice Age, LOTR, Dune, Babe, To Be or Not To Be, The Producers, Harry Potter... eeek! I can't stop!

Television:

I don't watch TV. Rent movies, but no TV. And I even pay for DISH. The last show I probably watched was maybe 3-4 months ago.

Books:

Tarot Plain and Simple, The Mists of Avalon, Collected works of Yeats, Shakespeare, the book of Judith (along with other random books of the Bible), Armystudyguide.com, Study Guide to Officer Candidate School, cookbooks (I need all the help I can get), XBox for Dummies, trashy historical romances, The DaVinci Code, Clan of the Cave Bear, travel guides, Edible Wild Plants, Peterson's Field Guides to Birds of North America, and about 20 other books that are on my dresser and shoved under my bed. I used to read MUCH more before becoming a mom!And if my kids ever had them over, I am dying to start reading Harry Potter, so I can figure out why my kids are so insane about him.

Heroes:

Joan of Arc, Maya Angelou, Mother Theresa, Marie Curie; my battle buddies from Basic Training who will be with me to the end of time; Judith (from the Bible); Gandhi, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr; DSG Keith. And a special someone (Tom!) who showed me how much determination and strength I have in myself~ he always had faith and confidence in me, he believed in me, even when I didn't believe in myself.
